Great for drive thru but if inside be prepared for a long wait and your order to be lowest priority, sometimes served out of order. When others who ordered after you get theirs before it always feels irksome, especially after waiting well over 10 min for 1 drink...

I paid $7 for a latte through the drive through and before being able to pay I am being asked for a tip??? A tip for what exactly? A several thousand percent margin isn't enough?

I was gonna give this place 0 stars. All the Starbucks in this area have terrible service! And this one is not the exception. They can't get my order right. It's so frustrating! And when you go on drive through, looks like the person taking your order is been forced to work there, because they are not friendly at all. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because finally someone make a difference at this place. I came last week to get my order (I don't have a choice) and this friendly young man greet me with the sweetest smile. He looks Asian descendant. He has his hair tight in the back. This human being changed my day with his smile and the way he treated me. I felt like getting off my car and give him a big hug, because on top of that, my order was not only right, but it tasted DELICIOUS!! Choosing the right staff makes your business shine and be chosen over the rest. Great job young man, you really made my day!

Starbucks is always good. First time there. And gave me a leaky cup with my coffee in it. Seems to be a little more expensive than other stores. I'm not sure why but again first time there. But it is a Starbucks full size store
Meaghan made my day - had an issue with my order, she replaced the item next time I was in nearly a week later unprompted and remembered EXACTLY what I had ordered the last time AND my name unprompted. Wish there were more people like Meaghan in the world who genuinely care about quality customer service. Astounded.
