This place have the worst customer service. As a regular at Starbucks at square on Go station, I was used to kind hearted service. Was shocking how people at 30 World don’t even look at you to answer or to share the password for washrooms.

Amazing place with amazing people, i ordered a Matcha for my wife but didnt know much about the drinks there, so Kyi was taking my ordered and helped me to get her favorite drink without even asking my wife about it, just loved it!! Isabella served that order and she was amazing too!!

The barista working this morning at 8:15am on mobile orders really gave me exceptional customer service. She was busy but made sure I left with my drink and that I left happy. I was having a rough morning and her kindness really made my day better. Thank you to her and I will definitely be at this location even more!

The review below is false. That guy is the aggressor. Barista did nothing wrong. All you had to do was answer how many pumps of chai you would like. Tantrums were not needed in the situation.

The drink was actually good, but the person who made it not, they ALL NEED to work at their mood and attitude. Also the bathroom was kinda broke… I mean if you open the trash you need opened by your hand.

Literally disgusting I ordered triple espresso, but it tastes like that am drinking milk only Like seriously, you guys are ruining someone’s morning After tasting that drink i got sick That’s totally unacceptable…… management needs to be more aware about whats going wrong with their employees .
