Went to go grab my free birthday drink last week and told the barista it’s my birthday, didn’t even acknowledge or say happy birthday, just gave me my drink and went with the next customer. Not great customer service, she was Asian ethnicity as well

A co-worker ordered a coffee on my behalf and brought it back to the office. The sticker had the correct order but the coffee was not as described on the sticker. I travelled back to the store and advised a barista. There was no apology, I was directed to remove the sticker and then dump the coffee in the bathroom.

The greatest coffee, made exactly the way I want it (and if it isn't "just right" they'll remake it!) Friendly staff, great place to visit with a friend, and they offer a wide variety of food choices.
Kid-friendliness: They offer juices and kid-friendly sizes of hot chocolate, etc
Wheelchair accessibility: Designated wheelchair parking. Ramps to the sidewalk. Push-button to open doors. Accessible bathrooms.
I went in here to get one drink Saturday afternoon around 6 pm , and it was like an inconvenience I was there .I didn’t get acknowledged until I was standing there for about 4-5 minutes , and I understand maybe they were busy doing other tasks but usually every Starbucks you go to the staff is insanely nice .Like I said I got one drink with no other person in line in the store and it took almost 10Minutes for my drink and the girl slammed it down on the counter and basically rolled her eyes at me . I got my drink and it wasn’t made properly at all but I didn’t go back to correct it since I already felt like an inconvenience… will not be returning save your time , and money .
