Horrible barista, I don’t know her name but she drives a Mazda with a pink steering wheel, she charged me 11 for a tall ice matcha latte. That supposed to be $5-6

Ordered Iced Strawberry Matcha with extra whip cream (paid extra for extra whip cream) and should have fresh strawberries in it, but there NO Fresh Strawberries in the drink neither extra whip cream for which I paid extra….. atleast have a courtesy to inform Customers if you don’t have fresh strawberries in-stock before making the drink….. very poor service that too when it is not busy…. When you try to point it to make correction and they make faces and argues…. I repeatedly have Ordered Same Drink from different locations and that I’m one of the regular Customer of Brampton…. Tried to gave 3rd chance at this location but same disappointment and poor service

Had a disappointing experience at this location. I didn’t receive the drink I ordered, and when I politely pointed it out, the staff member was rude and dismissive. Her attitude made the situation worse Not the kind of service you expect from Starbucks.

Lavender cream matcha was horrible here and the ingredients were poorly mixed the flavor was missing. It was only water, they should learn how to make it. Such a waste of money!! Disappointed!
