Wow, I am continually impressed by Gillian (I hope I’ve spelled her name correctly) and her ability to thrive under pressure. Despite the chaos and constant rush, she remains poised, professional, and incredibly pleasant. Even when things seem hectic, her smile never falters—whether it’s natural or occasionally forced, you would never know the difference!
This Starbucks location is undeniably busy, often with a young crowd, and Gillian’s ability to handle it all with grace and without judgment is truly heartwarming. In a world where genuine customer service is increasingly hard to find, Gillian’s natural talent shines through effortlessly.
I strongly believe in giving credit where it’s due, and this is certainly one of those moments. I hope the team recognizes the incredible value Gillian brings and compensates her accordingly—because she is undoubtedly worth more.
Wow this place was at one point a great place and may still be but I have never liked the new interior, I much preferred the previous one with the chairs and tables inside. However, the last 2 times in there I have received the incorrect drinks. Since they were take out and I get into my car, it was not until I get to my destination that I realize they are WRONG. So this is 2 for 2 on my last 2 trips. A previous time to this I asked for a latte and it tasted completely like milk, so I asked that it be made stronger and they said that they would have to charge me for an extra shot. Honestly what is with Starbucks, seems to be an attitude thing, much easier and cheaper at Tim Hortons and no attitude.

Looks like a place where youths from the neighborhood hang out. I personally visit every time for a quick bite / recharge when I cycle from downtown to port credit (regular 50km workout)
