This is my favorite place to go cuz I can relax. The atmosphere is so quiet, not crowded for sitting great place to go and I love my iced coffees there with whipped cream sugar-free vanilla because I'm diabetic

Great stop on the way from Toronto to Niagara. The staff was very happy and friendly. They have really cool decor and a nice comfy lobby. No drive thru though. Great. Stop!

Parking: They share a pretty big lot. There were a lot of availability.

I usually go to Southdown location and my shaken brown sugar espresso looked nothing like it usually does. I double checked it was the right drink and was treated like I was idiot And tried telling me the dark drink was the espresso when it was in fact drowned in cinnamon. Then laughed at while trying to fix my own drink. Last time I try not to inconvenience someone who's completely inconvenienced me and condescending. I've been in the service industry a long time and i could never imagine treating someone like that nor is it acceptable. Southtown staff is always friendly and inviting, highly recommend the 5 minute drive for quality and overall care

I have 4 orders drinks and one dessert on saturday( today)
The Mang dragonfruit lemonade( no pieces of fruits) just three pieces !!
Plus half of cup ice after waiting 45 min to serve me !!!!
The coconut strawberry no pieces of fruits too .
Too many girls with bad services ?

Been coming to this location for many years. It's a good Starbucks if you prefer mobile order pickup with offers quick service.The only downside is limited seating. I'd say it's more a pick-up location than anything compared to a sit down with the limited seating that's available. Other than that, its a great location.

It's a Starbucks. Cheap coffee that has to have tons of sugar, cream, or flavours to make it drinkable, offered alongside microwaved frozen food.
