What a ridiculous couple of women. I literally placed an order as I always do for pick up and added an apple croissant. I picked up my order within minutes and asked the girl behind the counter if she can reheat the item. It was warm and I wanted it to be hotter than it was. She immediately refuses and says she can’t, then proceeds to ask if I ate it? THEN walks over to her other incompetent colleague to ask permission. I ended up walking out so I wasn’t late for work but since when does Starbucks even do that? If the food or drink is not right, you remake it!
I will not retune to this location, the women are clearly slow.

There’s this guy with mustache who keeps going back and forth asking customers what they are doing. I was in a call with someone but he kept asking people if they were going to buy something and if not, he rudely tell people to go out of the store. I was so appalled by his audacity that the whole interaction was such a turn off. Kinda feels targeted too because he would only go to POC. He didn’t do it once but twice!! Don’t go to this store if you want to be treated with dignity.

This guy needs to get back to school to learn some manners. I don't even know who hired these guys to ruin reputation of company

Someone need to clean the bathroom. It’s smelled like fish and piss for two days in a row.
I had a very unpleasant customer service experience this morning around 7:00 AM while picking up my ready order.
I briefly stopped in a safe spot that did not block traffic, and an employee was outside the store the entire time. As I returned to my car, the employee suddenly shouted at me, yelling “DO NOT PARK HERE!” in an aggressive and unprofessional manner.
While I understand the need to enforce rules, there is no excuse for an employee to shout at a customer. I hope management addresses this behavior so that other customers do not encounter the same treatment.

Went here while waiting for my bus today and I was very grateful for the welcoming they provided as well as patience with my order, once I sat down the atmosphere, music and overall employee friendly attitude toward each other and customers was a great.

Very disappointed! I ordered an iced pumpkin chai. I got a hot pumpkin chai. Then I was told to wait on one side for my food, waited for 5 mins, then saw everyone was waiting on the other side for their food, so I went to that side. Then I saw them heat my food up, then one staff threw it on the counter beside the microwave, a second person picked it up looked at the name and threw it back on the counter, a third staff came up and picked it up and read the name and threw it back on the counter. I stood there watching, being patient, thinking maybe it’s not mine after all. When a fourth staff came, I decided to ask if it said my name, and sure enough it did. I waited 15mins-as they served others their food. Maybe I waited too long to ask!?! Maybe the staff could have called out the name because that’s their job and 4 of them looked at it!?! Either way, the service was not great and it was not a busy time of day!
