Hello, I have been a regular customer for over a year, everything was fine and ok. but the manager should be more prepared for trading and should have money to spend the rest, not everyone uses the card.

One of the worst service to date. I’ve visited many different locations and this one is the worst. Every time I go to this location the service is subpar and the food is mediocre at best. Somehow, by sheer luck, they always leave out a piece of my order which isn’t to hard to follow as there is only two items. The food always tastes cold as well. Spare yourself the drive and don’t visit this place.

I bought my coffe for Thousand and thousand times and they all same size same details same recipe. today I did order for pick it up and they make something different when I drink I feel bitter and then I did ask for the barista to changing he say he gonna change but he nonstop talking about my coffee and his attitude really rude. he did not go to make another one or anything. He just keep talking about my coffee in front of the customer line. compared to the all location once I order and they make it wrong. They really happy and make another one right away. The picture is the right one I always order at the other location with the really low level Brow coffee. Managers, if you see my coffee, you can see back to the camera compare with the coffee that make in your store that really different because the one he make it the brown coffee level over half of my venti cup

I order pepper mint hot chocolate but i got just steamed milk with lots and lots of sugar only. And the girl made me wait for more time as it was not busy but she was busy in making a coffee for herself first.

Worst service of any starbucks I've been to- there's two others in the area, one of them is a 5 minute walk away. Save yourself the trouble of rude batistas who make mistakes on every other drink and go to a different location.

Worst location! I placed a mobile order at 8:30 at 8:43 the expected pick up time no one made my drink at 8:45 they only started making my drink after I complained. I don't have all night waiting 20 minutes just for a hot drink. They said they refunded me but couldn't even print the receipt from the register. Just

Made my drink wrong and i explained to her is wrong. I asked can you remake it ? She is like i do not make it so i do not know . At least find me person who made it or someone can help me . No she did not without explaining to me what is happening. Late one she is still make it but without any words or feel sorry for me after i say thanks to twice after i got it.

My order was in a rush, so I placed my order on the mobile couple minutes early before I arrived at store. Apparently guys ordered in store after me has more priority and got the coffee first. I didn’t get my coffee cuz I don’t want to miss the bus :(

Baristas are extremely rude in talking. You can be firm and say we don’t serve water if you don’t order (yes plain tap water that is) - but you don’t have to be rude as if you are doing a favor in making my order. We pay for our orders and this pays your salary - so chin up and do your job with a smile or don’t bother doing it.
