I visited this Starbucks location Today 30 Sept around 9:30 pm and was disappointed by the customer service I received from a barista named Olivia. From the moment I approached the counter, her attitude was noticeably off-putting. She seemed uninterested in assisting customers and responded to my questions with curt, dismissive replies.
Despite the usual warm atmosphere of Starbucks, Olivia's demeanor created a tense environment. When I made a simple order change, she rolled her eyes and sighed, which made me feel uncomfortable. It's unfortunate because the drinks were up to par, but the experience was marred by her lack of professionalism.
I hope management addresses this issue, as great customer service is just as important as quality beverages. This location has potential, but the experience was overshadowed by Olivia’s poor attitude.

Usually my husband and i’s go to Starbucks. But today was something else. I really want my money back for this uncalled for rushed drink. It just tastes like oat milk…. With a splash of salted caramel cold foam or lack there of I can’t even taste it.. and a sprinkle of matcha powder. I got this exact drink same location a few weeks before and it was amazing I came back for it and it is terrible. Photo is how we got the drink previously and currently. If my husband and I weren’t in a hurry which is what mobile order is for then I would’ve asked for them to make it again. Really upsetting how would they feel if they received this with their hard earned money.
Monday , 2nd of September, one girl was doing broom and one guy was at counter. He didn't attend customer. And the girl unapologetically sweeping around me making me uncomfortable standing there. Not recommended. Though coffee was nice. But we need some service I am not talking about good service, just the service.
