Had a great experience at Starbucks thanks to Raj! We showed him a video of a Brownie Frappuccino, and he absolutely nailed it. He made the best one I’ve ever had — perfectly blended, rich, and delicious. Really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to recreate it exactly. Great customer service and amazing coffee. ☕😊

Disappointed. I asked for Chestnut Praline Latte and they don't have the chestnut topping. The drink comes with the topping so if there is no topping they should be offering a discount. I drove all the way there only to be told of this at least ensure the customer is happy and if your missing ingredients that normally come with the drink I would imagine you should be offering a discount. If your missing topping, who knows what other items you are missing and most likely not making the drinks properly and the customer does not know. Shady. Shame on Starbucks.
