First of all...while I was in line there was an employee stocking the stands and almost pushed me out of the way to get past me, she kicked my luggage (by accident) but why not wait until I was out of the line?? It wasn't busy at all! Then I ordered my coffee and got to the milk and creamer area and both were empty, it was not a busy time and there were 7 employees working, so I took the empty milk and cream jugs over to the pick up spot and noone acknowledged me, I stood there for a minute holding the jugs expecting someone to come and get them..nope. So I put them on the counter then finally one employee had to tell another to fill them...waited another few minutes at the cream/milk station (which was around the corner so i couldnt see the counter) for the cream and noone was coming so I went back to the counter and the milk and cream were there filled up.... so I grabbed them and took them back to the fill station myself. Would be nice to get paid for doing someone else's job! Or at least let me know they filled them instead of me standing there waiting. Just rude in my opinion.
It's just poor customer service but seems noone cares about that anymore.

I stopped by to buy some souvenirs.
The tumbler product was on sale with all prices removed.
After paying, I looked at the receipt and saw that it was a bit more expensive at the airport than at outside stores.

The clerk said she didn't get the money so I asked a friend to pay for me. I checked a few days later and found that the money had been debited from my bank account. I had already paid twice.

As always, friendly and consistent service from Starbucks at reasonable fare considering the area.My first time trying their Egg White Bites which were actually pretty yummy to be honest and I'm glad they have an option which doesn't contain any dairy or meat. A killer rewards scheme is always super handy tooThe server was really rude and accused me of ordering two portions, whereas I said a pack of two and had to wait ages to get a refund from the storage manager who was nowhere to be found and didn't even bother to acknowledge me when he showed up.
This is not a drive through. Please update your google page. Just wasted 20 minutes driving in circles looking for a nonexistent drive through.

Short staff took 20 minutes for a drink, a lot of passengers waiting. My drink was not well prepared. I ask for a California drizzle and barely put caramel around the cup.

Gate B40 branch sucks. Mobile order ahead coffee with croissant, coffee arrived after 10 mins I received the bakery from a staff. Not long line but barista really slow.

Great service but a little slow due to the volume of people. Sometimes I find that baristas get a little confused about the difference between latte and cappuccino. However, generally good coffee bar.
