service was painfully slow, and the oat milk latte tasted like watered down milk.. absolutely awful. the whole drink felt careless and rushed, not even close to what you’d expect from Starbucks.

on top of that, the person taking orders had a really bad attitude. they were literally shouting customers’ names across the store, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.

overall, a really disappointing experience. def not going back to this location.

This is the one in front of International arrival gate. There are some seats with outlets. The staff could be a bit more friendly compared to other Starbucks in the city.

This is for Terminal C Starbucks in case I’m reviewing other location, the person who took my order named Mandeep was very rude, when we changed our order she was furious bcz the drink we wanted wasn’t available and we couldn’t decide on the go what else, she made us feel like we’re burdensome. The other option we ordered was not even good which we have already tried at other location.

Airport Domestic D Toronto, Our lattes from here tasted very weak so got an extra shot, didn't make any difference, had to throw it out. Yes I like my coffee and it needs to taste like coffee not dishwater

This is at YYZ T1 Gate E75 store in case I am reviewing a different location by mistake!
Everyone mobile ordered was told they can’t make without ice after drinks were made and our cold form was missed. They gave me someone else’s wrap instead of sandwich we ordered. The lady said she would fix it then took off. I asked again another lady if my sandwich is ready soon and she said “what sandwich?” I had to explain what happened to our order. It took nearly 30 min. to receive mobile ordered drink and sandwich. Very disappointed….

Beware(Tim’s experience like) “Please get the receipt”

Made me feel embarrassed in front of everyone.
The service quality is down the drain.
There was this person who was taking the orders.
Her name started with “jit..” I guess.
I bought a Americano and pack of Madelines for my kid who is returning in flight.
I had some friends who joined me later.

She took the order but kept the receipt for others as well.
When my friends came back I stood back in line with them to get coffee for them.
After paying she just loudly said , you have not paid for that. You took madelines from here but why did you not pay for it.
I told her, see I have the coffee I bought it from you just few mins back along with that I bought these Madelines. Then her attitude was so rude and said I did not remember you pay for that.

I said you did not even give me a receipt. Look at your table where you collected all the receipts and check for my name. She just mumbled and stared at me till I moved and was waiting in line for the delivery.

Then I turned back and I asked for the receipts for the order I placed for my friends saying she would forget and ask us to pay again.

Worst feeling to be questioned like that infront of everyone.
Is it normal for them to hold on to the receipts?
Also the quality of coffee( they do not follow any customer requests I.e. without simple syrup or anything) they’ll just mechanically prep and serve. The guy behind me (good lord was looking at her when prepping) asked her to redo the drink without syrup like said in the sticker.

Please request for receipts and make sure you get the correct order.

This location Starbucks is becoming a Tim hortons.

They never get my order right, even when the staff double- or triple-checks with me at the counter. I still ended up with something I didn’t order. And they charge much more than other starbucks outside the airport.

Very bad experience. Had to wait 15 minutes for a spicy falafel pocket. Didn't bother giving me that until I asked after 15 minutes. The staff are very rude and has an unprofessional unpleasant tone and attitude.

Terrible wait time but the best part is that the staff are completely disengaged and do not / didn’t operate with a sense of urgency nor did they care.
