I ordered a matcha latte with lavender cold foam, no ice. I found a plastic thing (I think it was from the milk plastic bag) in my drink and there was no cold foam on my matcha latte. Bad experience! She was new barista maybe, she looked at me funny when she gave me the drink. Not a great experience

So first I want to say I had THE BEST PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE in my life the explosion in my mouth goodness LUZO I hope I spelled your name right thank you it taste more then amazing. THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION MADE ME FEEL SOOOOO COMFORTABLE THANK YOU FOR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD AT A COFFEE SHOP IN A LONG WHILE . Location very clean and like how the seating set up is GOD BLESS YOU ALL AT THIS LOCATION I will be back again

Derek is a true gem providing friendly, professional, efficient Customer Service. His kind demeanor and willingness to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive experience really stuck with me. The service at the checkout was terrible, we wanted to order 2 drinks. The cashier in front of us went to do something else, and when he started to take our order, he did not help with the choice, and did not offer any analogues, did not even try to help me!!! Horror! The horror! Horrible!!! If it was possible to put 0; I would put !!!
My husband ordered a dam expero, they gave me the worst!!!

I wasn't going to write review.... But rudeness of one staff and other staff not being able to talk to customers politely is the reason for the review. I always order mobile because staff constantly get my order wrong.
I then have to go to the counter to ask for water to have with my espresso. Rather then ask if I placed an order. They say they can't serve me water unless I order something.
I told the order taker I ordered mobile and that I've been coming every day for the last two weeks to this location. The barista overheard the conversation for a glass of ice water and made me wait 5 minutes for it when the store was empty. When he finally got the water he hid it behind counter saying there was no name on it.
Then he was rude about it accusing me of being rude.
I decided to update my review because reviews are suppose to help with decision making. That rude staff member I haven't seen there. In defense of the store...they were training a lot of staff. Now that they have settled in my ratings are different.

Service is 4.8
The service rating for staff now is 5. The 4.8 is the volume at this score can get busy at times.
I would however recommend this location.

Sorry needed to use the restroom even offered to pay since it’s required. Was told no even after paying for a water. Was told I didn’t count. I will never go to this establishment again. Period

I just ordered a grande blonde with one cream through the drive-through. Took a sip and the coffee was cold! Not sure how this could possibly happen, my only assumption is that they pre-make coffee and that if it had been sitting too long.

I never go to Starbucks, but it happened to be the closest place to get a coffee, I was just affirmed as to why I don’t go there.

Don’t bother using the pre order app - lost count of how many times my order was they’re and “they didn’t get my order” - which they clearly did since the money was clearly charged lol wow.
