This location is clueless. You ask for brulee bits. One doesn't know what they are. Another says sold out. Yet every other store has them. I know for a fact there's busier stores.

Went in for red cup day. Asked one barista if there were still cups and and she said there were still quite a few left, so I waited in line only for a guy to cut in front of me, who turned out to be an employee. It was my turn to order, and a different Barista said there weren't anymore even though there were several in front of her. She said they were for drive-thru and mobile order.
Red cups are first come, first serve. Thanks for wasting my time.

I went in the store to order coffee and the service was really slow and the manager is very rude and disrespectful ,will not go there again .
I wanted to use my partner discount in the drive through. The partner at the window was rushing through, told me my total and scanned my card before I got the chance to say I would like to use my discount. She proceeded to tell me “too late, if you’re a partner you know you have to tell me first”. Worst customer service I’ve seen.

Mia served me today a young spanish girl and she was so sweet and accommodating from when I walked in. i had just woken up mid afternoon and she was one of the first ppl i interacted with and she was rly kind, food and ddink were perfect
