Terrible experience picking up a DoorDash order at Starbucks. Order was ready, but the staff seemed oblivious. Stood there for 5 minutes, had to ask 3 times for my order. Mansi, the employee, was rude and ignored me until I pushed for it. Not impressed with the service, especially for a simple pickup. If you're a busy driver like me, be prepared to wait and remind them multiple times. Not acceptable, especially when it's a ready order.

The staff's dedication to maintaining such high standards in customer service makes this location stand out. This is a small location and has no drive-thru. There’s outside seating available, but I’m not the type that enjoys sitting outside in the heat unless it’s my own backyard..

Ordered a grande latte
But they gave me a tall. Why pay 8 dollars when staff doesnt even know proportions.
Worst part of it is i called in bc this was a uber order and lady doesnt even listen. Trying to resolve things without listening and hearing the client out. My god!

Staff here is great. Every morning I order my coffee and drinks, unfortunately I had an incident with one of my drinks a few days in a row. I called the store (because Uber didn't want to help me) and spoke with a wonderful lady named Ashley, she listened and totally helped me out, she even put a note in my order the following day acknowledging the mix up and this totally made my day. Thank you for being great 😁

Please retrain your staff to understand how to steam milk without foam. It’s very disappointing spending 7.98 on a matcha that’s all foam.

You only need to air the wand for 1-3 seconds to let the matcha mix with the steam
