I am a regularly visiting this location.but whenever we see a Guy Mr.Lo i think he is supervisor there he already treat us badly.i dont want to give a review but now this time he just felt us that we are not customers.i order a medium coffee and he gave us the coffee that is old and you can say that left over coffee i am attaching the picture of it which shows that the coffee was old and also it wasn’t prepared as per the standards of Starbucks. I suggest the Manager to give Mr.Lo training about serving the customer and also tell him that canada treats every culture of people equally.here in canada people are living from different ethnic background so treat them as a normal customer of Starbuck do not go for looks and clothes if someone is paying then he/she is equal to you.

I daily came here with my friends ans whenever I face Mr Lo the guy he always behave rudely with us. Today I order 2 medium coffees as I know if we ask for a more steam milk he always said i won't give you extra so today I bought extra milk on the side and asked him to give me coffee with steam milk as usual but when he gave me its almost full of milk and less coffee so when I went back to him and ask him that this is more milk and less coffee he behave very rudely and with anger said I don't want to argue and bitterly through the coffee from cups into sink. Then he brewed new coffee and called 2 coffee he give me coffee cups without lids and the coffee was too hot and the cup was without sleeves I nearly burnt my finger tips.then I again went to the counter and ask for the sleeves.
After that he was seeing us like we have treated him bad or misbehaved with him. I request the management to please take a look into this person behavior and tell him everyone should be treated equally. I am not getting coffee from here free so if I pay for it I should get the services that Starbucks provided to every customer.

Also my cake pop was completely forgotten about ajd I had to ask 3 times for simple thing, but the blonde girl Jusy kept making drinks I was standing there for an extra 10 minutes waiting for a cake pop and kept getting ignored. Bad service don’t come here

Drive-through sucks. Had to wait 10 min to give the order and 10 min to get the order. People should under the difference between regular order and drive-through and be considerate. Hope the manager reads and take necessary actions
The staff are always SO lovely & friendly at their drive-thru no matter what time of day I come. Even during their rush hour peaks, they are such lovely people to talk to even when they take your order. I only come for their oat bars b/c let me tell you--when I say I'm an oat bar addict, I mean I go there as often as I can (like everyday if possible) b/c they're THAT good. Their oat bars are ALWAYS so soft & taste consistent no matter what time of day I come. Trust me, I'm an expert when it comes to their oat bars b/c I've had bad experiences at other locations where their oat bars just come dry & stale. But here, their oat bars are always TOP NOTCH (which is why they always sell out so fast!), so I never worry about what they give me 🙌🏻

Love this location. Some of the nicest service I’ve encountered at Starbucks anywhere in the world. The team there works fast and effectively. Can always count on a good cup of coffee and upbeat atmosphere.
The drive through is a great option as well.
The parking can be a bit tight but still ample space compared to other places.
