I need to talk to the manger but unsuccessful. I usually use to come to this store every alternate day. But just want to highlight something.

Never write a negative report，but i am really angry and disappointed. I ordered an ice americano，and i dont believe it should take 15minutes to get my order，the store is not busy，and the staffs just talking to others，they are really dilatory even know i am in hurry，and just for one coffee I missed my exam😅😅😅

Pre ordered from the App,
Went in person the Cashier was arguing on what to steam even though the app says “steamed Whole milk”
Even when I She advised they don’t steam milk ..but that’s how every other location and the app does it

Waited for more than 30 mins for everything to be done even though I had preordered on the App

Just came here for my morning walk and wanted to grab some coffee... the service today from JAKE was phenominal!!!! He explained the drinks to me, was patient...and upsold me to buy the new pesto sandwhich.. amazing service

Staff are extremely friendly, perfect kind service. Classic Starbucks quality and also cozy atmosphere.

I have never experienced a Starbucks so rude before. It’s so unfortunate that I live next door and that’s usually my go stop for coffee. The atmosphere is so brutal in this location and when u order mobile 15 min before it’s still not ready when ask about the order they say u wait. It clearly states when it will be ready but they need additional 20 min after that. The manager is definitely a problem here because it is one of the rudest and slowest coffee shops I have ever experienced. They need new staff asap if they want to continue having business!

I usually enjoy visiting Starbucks because it’s supposed to feel welcoming, but at this location I often feel uncomfortable when the manager is present. Instead of creating a friendly atmosphere, she gives off a negative, almost unapproachable vibe. When I order, it feels like I’m inconveniencing her just by being there, which makes the whole experience stressful instead of pleasant.

The baristas themselves are polite and professional, but the overall mood of the store changes when the manager is around.

5 stars for the baristas and frontline staff here — they’re consistently friendly, hardworking, and make the store run smoothly. Unfortunately, 0 stars for the management, which averages out to about 2.5 overall.

The manager often comes across as grumpy and unfriendly, which changes the entire mood of the store. The atmosphere feels noticeably more down whenever she’s around. It also seems like staff are discouraged from being warm and personable with customers, which is disappointing because that’s part of what makes Starbucks welcoming.

This location could be excellent if management fostered a more positive and supportive environment. Right now, the staff are doing their best despite the tone being set from above

The service lady has no manners and intentionally cleans around customers feet. If you dont like your job work at a walmart!

The Barista (lady employee that works in noon/ evening) was rude and refused to add a splash of milk to my order (Even though it was mentioned on the receipt). Poor customer service - I wouldn't recommend going to this location

I came in tonight (july 29). I come to this starbucks often at night and i'm always impressed by one barista shelby. she is really kind and today especially i noticed she was cleaning the washrooms and mopping but still came over to my table to say hi and ask how i've been. the girl with short red hair making drinks was talking to another customer and was too distracted talking to him that when i asked her if she did make my drink decaf and half sweet she ignored me. the drink was completely wrong but i ordered it like i normally do. i told shelby and she quickly apologized and remade the drink and even brought it over to me without me asking for a new drink. i think shelby needed help but the girl with short hair was too busy talking which was sad to see
