I don’t drink a lot of coffee and if I do, I almost always go to Tim Hortons. This was my first visit at Starbucks in well over 10 years—and unfortunately, a disappointing one:
• It did not have decaffinaited coffee (although I was offered some alternative). • I ordered a DOUBLE-DOUBLE coffee (i.e., a coffee with two creams and two sugars); unfortunately, it was only in my car that I realized it had no sugar. • Taste-wise, Tim Hortons’ coffee is much better.

I had a great experience at Starbucks! The server was awesome and made a custom drink for me based on what I was in the mood for. It turned out perfect, and I really appreciated the personal touch. Definitely coming back!

The worst experience that I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. They had to remake my iced coffee 3 times. Couldn’t get it right. By the third time I just took my coffee and left unsatisfied. The staff was rude and seemed annoyed that they had to remake my coffee. No apologies. Never in my life has a Starbucks location been rude to me. I brought my coffee to my neighborhood Starbucks and they kindly remade my drink. I’ll never come to this location again!

Find another Starbucks in the area unless you like sub par drinks and rude staff. Always something wrong with my orders. I thought Tims was bad but this place takes 1st place. Try to tell the teenaged staff about the poor quality of the drink and they laugh. Do better

So disheartened about the bad customer service I received at the Starbucks inside longos - 1077 N Service Rd, Mississauga, ON L4Y 1A6.No customer should be spoken rudely to. And if we are paying 7 dollars for a drink at least it should be made right or made again if it isn't made right the first time. Truly a Starbucks person but this really made me promise myself to not have Starbucks again.August 4, 3:30 pm.

I am very impressed with Becky’s customer service. Someone else had made my frap and forgot the cream base. I took a sip in my car and noticed it. I went back and Becky remade the frap perfectly. I will definitely be coming back.
