The WIFI hasn’t been working “for a few weeks”.
Meditation it is being here in the morning to gather my thoughts
I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Kate, who went above and beyond with her customer service. She was kind, compassionate, and truly understanding of our situation. When I was having trouble paying for part of our order, Kate made sure we were taken care of. Her empathy and generosity meant more than words can say. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares, and Kate is one of those people.

Excellent service, quick- food is enjoyable
Baristas keep messing up my order. Music is loud and obnoxious. All them got b- faces on and show attitude when you order a cup of water after getting a coffee
One of my favourite Starbucks whenever I am in the GTA for business or leisure.
Staff are so nice, efficient and professional.
Parking: Free parking part of the retail centre.

I passed by the closer Starbucks on Steeles to come here due to the positive reviews of this location. They were right... the service is absolutely outstanding -- personal and focused on the customer. The food isn't much different; always reliable. As for the service, it truly makes this location stand out.

I generally don't review Starbucks. They are a solid coffee shop with a nice variety of drinks and snacks that appeal to a wide range of people. I wrote this review because the staff were friendly, engaging and extremely helpful. I came in with a scowl and left with a smile. The interaction turned my day around. I recommend this location.
