The worst Starbuck experience I had. I am a vegetarian and ordered a tomato mozzarella sandwich. They gave me a turkey sandwich and I accidentally had a bite. Later realized it was not the sandwich I ordered. And then a very casual reply, my apologies. I mean how can someone be so ignorant.

Mobile orders takes longer then going and order in the store. The baristas need to chill or have a cold drink to cool down. Stores a zoo. Avoid store save yourself 20 minutes of your life.

I ordered through the app, the grill cheese was cold, and still had to wait for part of my order, my drink which was not made the way I requested it.
It was great time and one of my favorite coffee ☕️ ?Parking: It's a big palaza,so u have plenty of parking :)

The patrons leave the washrooms so dirty. Reflects the kinda people who frequently come there. Bunch of dirty school students and a basically no hygiene.
Came here for a birthday drink and mannnn are they busy. The staff here were wonderful and had beautiful smiles.Keep up the great work

This was by far my best Starbucks experience.Background: driving across the city from east to west with a small window of opp to see my cousin for the last time before they fly back early morning out of country.Quick hands free call to them to see what I can pick up to eat or drink while on the road.Their ask: some complicated Starbucks fruity contraption. They had to msg me the vernacular. Hands free!Google maps co pilot says the closest Starbucks might be closed by the time I get off the highway. No problem! Got this.Arrived with one minute to spare and no speed limits were offended.Luckily the door was still ajar. Final cleaning was still underway. They let me in. Partly b/c of my charm. But mostly b/c of the panicked look of desperation.Fumbled (butchered) the name of the drink. Quickly explained the situation, and the SB team collectively figured out what my cousin was most likely asking for.They were unbelievably sweet, warm, fun ... and they were right! Even adding a few things that were not mentioned.They also threw in a complimentary end of night brownie which my family also enjoyed!Thanks SB crew. You were awesome!
