I come here practically weekly, typically 8-11 am. The staff is always cheerful & working hard. I've had a few mistakes over the last couple years but we're all human & they've always been quick to rectify. They work fast & always answer any questions I have.

We were informed by the employee working may 25th (6:30 pm) that we weren't able to order drinks because they had cleaned the hot drink machine and weren't willing to make our drinks. Disappointed.

This is a one person operation. I ordered a brewed tea today 1 Mar 2025 between 2:30 - 3pm and asked to leave room for milk. Then i asked if they can add steamed milk to it. That very moment the server’s attitude changed, she started slamming things on the counter, opened the lid of the cup in anger and showed aggression. I asked if she got upset for asking to add steamed milk and she said no. People like this need a lot of training and customer relationship coaching. If there was a second person working there i would definitely have reported this and asked them to serve. Starbucks is not a $1 coffee place, i feel i pay more to get better product and SERVICE, not a sub-standard service like today!!

I ordered a frappuccino from this location and was served by a very sweet young lady named Aarushi. Her was customer service was phenomenal and I can honestly say that was one of the best frapps I've ever had. Thanks Aarushi and keep up the great work.

What an amazing experience. I’ve been to Starbucks locations all over the GTA and none of the workers have been as nice and helpful as the ones here. This location, although smaller and in a Longos, provided high quality service. I went in with a large order for my staff and these 2 gentleman were fast and efficient. After ordering 8 drinks (all correct) and a bag full of egg bites, the manager Kory offered to assist me to my car. Very friendly and amazing service. Will be going back.
