Easily the worst Starbucks there is. Not sure who the manager is at this location - I’m assuming it’s Diane as she is always there but management needs a hard reset. Drinks are never made as good as other Starbucks locations. They are made sloppy despite them working extremely slow. You’d think because they are working in slow motion, the drinks would be made more carefully with more attention to detail but nope, definitely not the case here. The food items are almost always out of stock. To put it into perspective, if I came here every single day for 30 days, they may only have my desired food item 2 days out of the 30 which is inexcusable as a business. I’ve expressed my concerns multiple times politely and there has yet to be change. They seem to be very sensitive to valid constructive criticism. However, maybe if they stopped to really digest what the customers are saying, their reviews would look a lot better.

Understaffed. Waited 15 minutes for my turn and asked for an once coffee with cream and sugar and she told me I could put my own cream in. Her attitude was the problem. Not me putting the cream in my coffee (which I have never done before at any other Starbucks).

I have had an experience that can be called the worst ever at this Starbuck, the seller is fastidious and not friendly to customers, does not meet the requirements of the customer I have ordered but not responded. Responding to my drink and she charged me for $ 10, but with the drink that she did for me, I would not buy 3 dollars, I would not buy it for the first time. The worst up to now, and even my drink has no tag on it
