Waited 15 minutes to order then was told it would take another 15 mins to make a latte. Ordered regular coffee instead. Tasted it and it was cold. Had to go back and get them to replace it. Store had garbage all over the floor.

No star at all. Drinks are not done on standard. Strawberry frap, all sweet doesn't taste like strawberry. It's like 1% strawberry. Check the color, almost white. Coffee latte, don't taste coffee. Taste like water. Standard should not be sacrifice because you have a long line up of customers. It should be followed at all times. Will not come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at the Starbucks inside Indigo at Square One Mall. Negiena was exceptionally kind and friendly — her warm attitude really made my day! It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile. I’d love to visit this branch again. Thank you, Negiena!
My daughter and I just placed our order around 1pm, we had a very bad experience with the girl who took our order. She’s not patient, also doesn’t look happy. Normally, the customer service here is always good, except for this time

I was in the Indigo Starbucks store at around 5 pm when I overheard what I assume was the manager talking down on one of her employees. As the cashier was trying to take my order, the entire floor seemed uncomfortable with this individual as it felt very hostile. This person’s voice kept increasing as it felt like she was yelling at the other employee. The store was very busy so other customers on line and in the store can witness this altercation. Personally, I felt very uncomfortable watching this play out. The service was otherwise was very good and the baristas did a very good job despite the situation.
