Nice writeon the cup, but can you guy make sure the syrup melts in the cup when you pour the coffee liquid into the cup with syrup? I ordered a cold drink today, but the syrup at the bottom of my hand didn't melt at all. I tried to melt it with a straw, but it was not feasible at all. The syrup lying at the bottom of the cup that couldn't melt was really disgusting.š¤¢š¤¢š¤¢

This Indigo Starbucks location is the worst Iāve ever been to. The baristas are extremely rude. I overheard the conversation the barista Steph was having with the one making my drink and Steph told her that the amount of ice she put in my drink was not light ice, to which she replied āI donāt care, sheās probably gonna complain.ā Iām so baffled by how these two baristas were so okay with talking like that about customers while they are standing right there. This whole experience makes me reconsider ever going to Starbucks again.

I had an appalling and racist experience at this Starbucks today. It was -17°C outside, and while waiting for my Uber, I stepped into the store for just two minutes to warm up. Almost immediately, a white male employee named Adrian approached me and told me that if I wasnāt making a purchase, I had to leave.
I was stunnedāimagine telling a Black woman, in the middle of winter, to go back out into the freezing cold simply because she didnāt buy anything. To make matters worse, there were two other individuals inside, also staying warm while waiting for their GO bus, yet Adrian said nothing to them. The discrimination was blatant. I sincerely hope Starbucks holds this employee accountable for his actions.
Waited 10 mins waiting to place an order, 3 people inside were busy with God knows what, saw me and still ignored me, thinking what an Indian can order, left without ordering anything, now I regret loading hundred bucks to Starbucks gift card!

Slowest service ever
Hi I just came today and i order an iced matcha latte. I just wanted to say the lady who re-did the order to a size Venti handled the situation so patiently and kindly. We felt misunderstood as if we were trying to give her a hard time but what happened was the man who was in the cash register (taking orders) made us feel unheard throughout the whole interaction. He made us repeat our order 5 times when we were speaking loud and clear. He was not giving us his full attention when taking the order and asking questions that has already been said. Even after repeating so many times he still got the order wrong and gave us a Grande. We noticed that he tried to justify it to the workers as if we were giving you guys a hard time but that was not our intentions. Because of his lack of attention, it put more work for the barista making our drink and having to redo it. You can hire me and I can do a better job at multi tasking and actually makes customers feel heard even in a short interaction. Thank you for your hard work, my intentions were to clear up the air.

great place to get coffee :)
today oct 30th, I ordered at 1:49pm and yall had a barista being rude and yelling my name multiple times when I mobile ordered. I mobile ordered for a reason as I was in a middle of a convo and i will get my coffee when Im done I really donāt see the rush. Then waiting for my friends drinks after, I can hear her (your staff) talk shit and admitting to being rude. If i did something wrong I would honestly understand but youāre a barista, not a cop. chill out. If I order again and see the barista, Iāll def just ask what her deal is bc thatās honestly just rude. unpleasant presence. I get it if sheās having a bad day but donāt take it out on people. Iāve worked service before and have never experienced such weird behaviour just calm yourself.

Does this look like light ice ?
I ordered a spicy lime drink with light ice. After waiting patiently for the drink and When I asked if it was made with light ice, employee Hanna turned around and dumped the drink in the sink without even acknowledging me, giving me so much attitude while handing over the next drink. I felt embarrassed in front of other customers due to her actions as they were watching me like what just happened . I donāt want to sound like a Karen, but this experience was genuinely uncomfortable and disappointing. I hope Starbucks addresses this issue to improve customer service in the future.

As a recently joined rewards member, I went in to the location next to Indigo at Square One today & was treated to a drink on the house for my (not overly long) wait which I really appreciated - Alex was very friendly & professional in serving me, as were his colleagues in helping me get my order in a timely way - thank you & keep up the great work!

Generally starbucks prices are double or triple compared to other coffee shops, the quality not really worth it
