Such a horrible experience I had today. I went to this location to pick up skip order and I wasn't able to find the location. I called the store first and the girl over the call told me about location. When I went to the store and tried to suggest the guy working there that if you guys update on SKIP as to where exactly to find your location it will be so easy to find. And my intention was to help them. However the guy working there responded to rudely and he was like, I am the manager. Don't tell me what to do. You do whatever." And threw the orders towards me. I still tried to explain and even before I could finish he again said very rudely and in such misbehaving way, just pick your order and leave".I wonder how he is working as a manager and what influence he is leaving on staff..and I seriously sound if he is even manager there. He must be terminated immediately before more ppl get treated in this way. I hope someone looks into this. Time around 2:30 pm.

This morning, my friend and I came in for our bday drinks. We were greeted and served by Alex, who was pretty awesome. Great customer service and just an amazing attitude. What a great way to start our day. I know it's not easy dealing with people all the time. He also shared he is a Pisces like us! Pisces gang! ?

Lot of fraud charges happening in this location. Called and talked to a lady tonight only to be hung up on and only picks up the phone and hangs up on me. Beware of your Starbucks account, it’s been happening at the location a numerous amount of times. Waiting for someone to get back to me.

The line was short so we decided to order. We got 1 Americano with lactose free milk. Waited 20min for the one drink. They were making a pink drink faster than ours. Everyone before and after us were getting our drinks and the people making them were just all over the place. They would look at our drink order, put it down and do something else instead.

Literally never buy the pumpkin spice latte it’s the worst drink in the entire world. Once the cold foam melts it’s this disgusting yellow colour and takes like cardboard and coffee. Wasted 5 dollars on a small little drink just for it to taste

There is never any dark roast brewed in the morning. Had to settled for medium roast then the server put in so much cream that the coffee was white! When I asked her for more coffee to dilute the cream, she gave me a dirty look!!By the way, there was no one else in the store…. There was no rush!Server’s bad attitude left a bitter taste in my mouth.
