Unsa is always kind, helpful, and welcoming at Starbucks. She goes above and beyond for customers and truly has the qualities of a leader. She definitely đź’Ż deserves a promotion! Never met a barista like Unsa!!!
I get no ice in my drink the odd time, today is the first time I got it here. Tell me why it’s only 2/3rds full?? Every other time it’s been full. Never doing that here again. I even asked and they said bc “ice is a component of the drink” but when I get less ice, it does have an empty spot either!
I dropped by today and Olivia was handling an angry customer with more grace and kindness than most could hope to. She was extremely professional and gave us great service even after what looked like a tough interaction. 5 stars for Olivia in particular.
