Everything was perfect a very good branch. The staff is very good. They are very fast and hard-working.. also the staff is very friendly and well managing. But after all please don’t add that much ice in any beverage. I understand mistakes happen so that is fine❤️

This review is for the NEW Manager that they got recently.
The original staff has always been great! I have been coming here for about 4 years straight, through my pregnancy, mat leave, and with my dog onyx! I have always felt at home at this location, but that was until they hired a new manager who has the WORST customer service i have ever experienced.
No only is he rude to customers, but he treats his staff like trash! I have grown a fond attachment to the original staff that have been there for the past 4 years, and i would be soooo upset to see them leave because of him. Hang in there guys!

My god what a terrible service. They ignored me at the cash register for 10 minutes straight. Didn’t communicate with me at all nor indicate when they will be able to take my order. They just chatted behind the bar area among themselves. I ended up not getting anything and left. Rude as hell.

At Starbucks in hotel and still closed. Says open online but pitch dark. Poor service. If your a business establishment you should be adhering to the posted time. Not have customers waiting around . Disappointed.
