I’m a daily customer at this Starbucks, and I’m writing this after being disappointed three visits in a row. I usually order a tall latte with an extra shot of espresso, but lately my drink has been far too foamy. For a $7 tall drink, I expect the proper ratio of milk and espresso—not a cup that’s mostly foam.
As you can see in the attached photo, the foam settles well below the ¼ mark, leaving me with barely half a cup of actual drink—and most of the espresso ends up concentrated at the bottom. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay this much and not receive a consistent, properly made latte.
I hope this location can address this issue so regular customers like me can continue to enjoy their drinks without disappointment.

Stopped by for a coffee and the server was amazing. I told her I was in the mood for something sweet and she made me a custom hot drink that was spot on. Really enjoyed it. The place was quiet too, which made it even nicer to sit and relax.

If I can give 0 star I will!!! Extremely disappointed so basically I spend 10 bucks on a drink and I have to basically drink water cause the matcha is not mixed properly when I went and told them they are like oh sorry!!! So I told her I spend $10 plus to drink water cause the matcha is not mixed at all as you all in see in the picture! Very disappointed! Not coming here again I spent $30 That day bought some other stuff! Definitely not Coming here at all!!!

Manager (assuming she is), was yelling at another employee. Completely unprofessional and rude. Thats not how anyone should handle a conflict if is there was one.

The manager or supervisor at Starbucks was yelling at an employee and it was very disturbing. Yelling is completely unacceptable and this person needs to be held accountable for their behaviour. Makes me wonder how she treats employees behind closed doors.

Recently visited this Starbucks, and got served by Namarta. I was not so familiar with their new summer menu so she provided me exceptional good customer service and went above and beyond to help me out. I felt very bad as it was a rush hour time and I was taking too long. She had me do the taste testing of different flavors and then I went with mango dragon lemonade, it was very refreshing.
Thank you Namarta for your customer service and thank you Starbucks for keeping introducing delicious drinks.

A quiet Starbucks located inside the Marriott Hotel, in a prime area but surprisingly not crowded. It offers ample indoor and outdoor seating, making it a comfortable spot to grab a coffee and enjoy long, meaningful conversations with friends.
Just keep in mind it closes early in the evening, so it’s not ideal for late hangouts. A good choice if you want a calm coffee break in the area.
