Everything was perfect a very good branch. The staff is very good. They are very fast and hard-working.. also the staff is very friendly and well managing. But after all please don’t add that much ice in any beverage. I understand mistakes happen so that is fine❤️
Service is great. But this location is a bit more finicky for customers because you can’t redeem stars or use the QR code for your payment methods attached to your app. Nothing to do with the staff!
Was witness to an older woman treating one of the workers terribly. She was angry and stating she was not to be 'given orders'. All I saw was that some direction given to her. She told me personally whilst in line, how she was going to email every higher up she could, and have this poor girl fired. It was absolutely upsetting. The employee was obviously busy and was trying her best. Was a shame to see people treated like that, up close. You hear stories, but to see it...
