I ordered a venti Matcha Frappuccino with 5 scoops of matcha and half sweet, which is my go-to drink and something I’ve ordered many times before.
However, the cashier informed me that they could not adjust the sugar level — something I’ve never encountered as an issue in the past. When I received my drink, it was overly sweet and lacked the usual matcha color, suggesting it did not have the amount of matcha I requested and paid extra for.
I raised my concern with the cashier, explaining that the drink did not match what I ordered. She insisted that the drink was made correctly and contained the extra matcha, but based on both taste and appearance, this did not seem accurate. When I requested that the drink be remade, her response and attitude were dismissive and unprofessional, which made the experience even more disappointing.
A new employee was making my drink and got it wrong. Since it had taken longer than expected, and my flight was preparing to leave, I just took the wrong drink, mumbled under my breath, and headed to my gate.
As I was preparing to board my flight, the new employee tapped on my shoulder and gave me my correct drink. Mind you, the gate was at least fifty yards from the Starbucks and I was now in the middle of a crowd. She definitely went above and beyond, and disappeared without a further word.
Customer service at it's finest.
This one inside terminal 1 duty fee , fast and efficiently staff, one star deduct is limited food and drinks.

Got charged wrong price, I just ordered a ice coffee over the counter, noticed the price is not as usual, then I check on app, they over charged $more than $2, good to notice, this is scam…
I got two cappuccinos and the lady making the coffee added two shots of drip coffee instead of espresso shots to the milk. I assumed that I was mistaken when I saw her do it, but after I tasted the drink, I was made sure of it. This level of laziness is unacceptable.
I grabbed coffee here on a weekday waiting at the US gate.
It was very busy and the line up was long, however staff here was pretty fast and professional. Working at a starbucks location at the airport is no easy job, and the staff at this location were pretty good at their job.
We ordered a couple of Americanos, and they were super fresh. It took some time to get the order which is pretty reasonable considering the location is close by the gate.
Overall, the coffee was fresh and staff was super friendly and professional here.
Zero customer service. I waited there around 5 minutes to order something. No body even looked at me to take my order. I felt I was invisible. And they were not busy at all. I was the only person on the line.
The service was very bad for the employees working In same company, experienced staff don’t know how to work.

I was at Starbucks at terminal 1 and I ordered two caramel Frappuccino with a shot of espresso. I had to pay $22.49 for these two tall size drinks.
When I had my first sip of my drink, I realized that the barista did not add espresso. I know cause I only drink espresso. I even checked my order printed on the cup and I did not see espresso on my drink label.
So, I went back and spoke to a lady that made our drinks and said, “I’m sorry but you forgot to add espresso to both my drinks”. Her response, “No, I added it”. So, I asked, I checked the label on my cup and it didn’t say espresso on it. Can you please double check? And she refused to redo my drinks correctly.
I understand there will be errors and people make mistakes. It’s no big deal for me as long as they replace. I have been to other Starbucks where my drink was made incorrectly and the barista would replace or rectify right away. But this one was very rude and basically told me that there is espresso in my drinks and me not tasting it is my problem not her ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️.
Safe to say, I am never going back to that Starbucks. You guys may want to save your money and go somewhere else where the service is good.

The girl working at heating the sandwiches is so lazy she won't heat a sandwich and give to a customer.. she heats up 3 or 4 , everyone is waiting .just so she doesn't have to walk to the other end of the kiosk everytime. The sandwiches end up being cold

Asked for a tall Americano and the coffee was super diluted, felt like I was drinking warm water. Please have the folks working here be aware on how to make an ideal coffee which should be a correct percent mix of coffee and water.

To Whom It May Concern,
I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received from the staff Rupinder during my visit. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was shocking, to say the least. I don’t expect to be spoken to in such a rude and dismissive manner, especially when I'm a paying customer.
It’s quite surprising that Starbucks allows such behavior to go unchecked. I’d strongly suggest that you address this issue immediately. It’s not difficult to treat customers with respect, and I expect better from any establishment that values its clientele.
I hope you’ll take this seriously and ensure that your staff is reminded of the importance of basic manners and professional.
