AVOID!!!
JUST HEATING UP FROZEN SANDWICHES.
NOT FRESHLY MADE LIKE AT TIMS.
ALSO, 25 MINUTES TO FULLFILL AN ORDER.
They were super rude and I asked for a venti cup and they told me to be more polite next time and they gave me a grande cup that was the worst service I ever had in Starbucks in my whole life and I will never spend a dime again in that Starbucks location.(

I ordered a chai tea latte and it tasted terrible, I asked the lady about it and she became defensive, so much for making the moment right. Honestly this might be the last time I ever overpay for a drink.
I was at the arrivals at terminal 1 Pearson airport Starbucks twice this past month. My first stop was a few weeks ago and Daryl was my server and was incredibly friendly. The second time was a week ago when I returned to pick up my mom from the airport, he remembered my name and was just as wonderful as the first time! Excellent service from Daryl! Hope he had a Merry Christmas!

Hahaha the matcha latte is crazy here. 2/3 milk and 1/3 foam.
Kinda like opening a bag of chips as a kid and getting mostly air.
Good service though seem pretty committed - the one drink we had though was too mid.

I ordered coffee, sandwich, and a browny. After waiting for a while I got the sandwich and the coffee, but not the brownie. When I asked what about the brownie I was told they didn't charge me for it. It was very surprising and dissapointing, I wasn't sure how to consume the coffee without a brownie.

Has a giant sign out front saying you can now order and pay in the app. Open the app. “Order ahead not offered at this location”. Great…. So I wait in line just to be told by an annoyed/rude cashier that they’re completely out of food. 👍

I’d give a 5-star review to the nice pretty young ladies that work there
But the taste of my coffee was average
A little watery , def different than the US.

This is one of my favourite places to come to in Toronto of all time. This Starbucks has some of the most friendly and rapid service provided it’s in the airport and their demand is hectic , the staff caters to multiple customers whilst maintaining great integrity and care to customers , this Starbucks has honey unlike some Starbucks which I love to put on my oatmilk matcha to create an experience whilst sitting outside the US arrivals where the cafe is beautifully placed at the center of terminal one where everything is easily accessible so you can have your beverage and easily head to wherever you need to next

We were in a hurry for a flight obviously we are in an airport . But for them it doesn’t matter if we are late for a flight we go to purchase our order and we wait 30 minutes for them to come from the back which is crazy for an airport 5 people working there and no one comes but anyways we order and we are waiting for 15 minutes we are the only people who ordered turns out there just chatting so we ask about our order and nothing was made yet not even our water instead of making our drinks they were talking we waited 1 hour for Starbucks INSANE ( PLEASE TAKE NOTICE )
F60 T1 Starbucks. One of the worse service I ever had and they gave me cold sandwich and maple mini packs. No wounder why Starbucks shares are going down. It’s shame to pay $20 for a coffee and sandwich and we are get such awful experience.

In my experience, the only thing that separates Starbucks from Tim hortons was Customer Service. But at this location you won’t feel the same. I understand that its a busy location with long lineups, however being in the hospitality over 10+ years i can assure that no chaos can and should affect the customer service. The front staff was literally behaving like vending machines and there was no such thing as on the name of hospitality. The management should definitely look after this matter if they want to maintain their name and prestige.

Pretty small sbux, no private sitting nor personal space to work. Quick grab for coffee or sandwich.
My drink was made too sweet even after saying mid sweet, overall was an ok experience.
Staff is friendly and serves good.
Sandwich was warm but not enough warm as I would have needed
Can try to stop by and get a coffee on the way to your gate, quite crowded usually
