Has a giant sign out front saying you can now order and pay in the app. Open the app. “Order ahead not offered at this location”. Great…. So I wait in line just to be told by an annoyed/rude cashier that they’re completely out of food. 👍
This is one of my favourite places to come to in Toronto of all time. This Starbucks has some of the most friendly and rapid service provided it’s in the airport and their demand is hectic , the staff caters to multiple customers whilst maintaining great integrity and care to customers , this Starbucks has honey unlike some Starbucks which I love to put on my oatmilk matcha to create an experience whilst sitting outside the US arrivals where the cafe is beautifully placed at...
Pretty small sbux, no private sitting nor personal space to work. Quick grab for coffee or sandwich.
My drink was made too sweet even after saying mid sweet, overall was an ok experience.
Staff is friendly and serves good.
Sandwich was warm but not enough warm as I would have needed
Can try to stop by and get a coffee on the way to your gate, quite crowded usually
