Worst Starbucks I’ve ever encountered. I’d actually give zero stars. Waited forever for the wrong order even though I thoroughly explained what I wanted. Then they didn’t even bother to take the effort to mix the drink the second time they tried to make it - all the syrup was at the bottom. Awful service! And the drink tasted nothing like it was supposed to. Worst baristas with attitude. I threw the drink out and the food they simply had to heat up was frozen by the time I got my drink. I so regret walking in the door, let alone giving a tip. Will never come back here.

Extremely slow and tons of excuses. Blaming the system that could not even argue.
Angelie (angeli?) is the sweetest girl ever she brightened my day. She took my order and was so personable! Thank you Angelie!
The baristas are very slow, and I’ve noticed that every time I order a cold brew from this location, about one-fifth of the cup is empty.
