⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really nice experience at Starbucks today. Raaj went out of his way to be kind and surprised me with a small drink on the house. It wasn’t about the free drink as much as the genuine, positive attitude—small gestures like that really make someone’s day. Great customer service and a welcoming vibe. Thanks, Raaj!

I ordered an iced oat latte with light ice, I'm not sure if half the container of ice can be considered light ice. Also no taste of oat, so have to assume either it watered down or quality is bad, either way, unacceptable for a 6 dollar coffee

Staff are great, but after driving 15 mins. each way to this location, coffee is rarely hot. It is just warm at best. At these prices, this is not right. Also, allowing people to take tables and use wifi without ordering is annoying, especially with so few tables.

Not a well maintained Starbucks. The washroom was quite possibly the dirtiest I ever used in any Starbucks. They music volume was ranked up and made ut difficult to hace a conversation eventually leading to our ha ing to leave. The brand normally has high standards for their stores but this store fell short. Service could have been quicker. Drinks were predictably good.

It's an off the highway Starbucks. The mocha I had was ok, but I wouldn't order it again. With the drive-through and other people in line I had to wait for too long for it to get ready.

Slow drive-thru line. When I got to the window the baristas were chatting amongst themselves. I was given my drink, and then the barista stared at me, until I said I had two food items. After a few minutes, I was told my breakfast sandwich, available on the app, was actually out of stock. So I sat in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes, became late for work, for a sandwich that was never there. Will avoid this location and pass it along to my colleagues to be avoided.
