I mobile ordered a drink yesterday afternoon and it was ready within a minute of me walking in, super quick! Didn’t get the name of the Barista but she was very friendly and we had a quick chat while she finished my drink. It’s rare to meet such a positive/friendly barista that brightens up your day!

We waited 20 min in line today which is Sat at 4:30pm. They only had one cashier open for a busy Sat?? I ordered 2 grande mango dragon fruit w/coconut milk no ice. I was told at the cash that I needed to put ice or else the coconut milk would float to the top. I said that I am aware of that and I have ordered it this way all the time. When our drinks arrived I noticed it didn't have much white indicating the coconut milk. Asked if there was any coconut milk since it looked quite clear. The Barista said that since I ordered it without ice they are required to top 1/3 of the cup up with water so that it makes a full cup. That is the most absurd answer I've ever heard. He showed me that they actually pour 2/3 of a cup of drink and the rest is ice or else they need to top it up with water if there is no ice? I said well that will dilute the drink. The barista said that is a company rule.Well I cancelled both of them and asked them to do one with light ice and I wanted a refund for the 2nd one. I have always ordered my mango dragon fruit coconut refreshers without ice at many other Starbucks and I have never had anyone top it up with water because I didn't want ice. I believe it is the Square One location who is trying to rip off customers and using that excuse. I will never go to that Starbucks again. They are blatantly ripping off clients by charging $7.05 for a drink and filling it 2/3 full and then topping it off with water. Beware of how much they are filling your drinks with ice! Or to be safe go to another Starbucks.

This Starbucks in Square One Mall is like a well-oiled machine! Even when it's packed, the baristas are buzzing around, getting drinks out as fast as they can. During rush hours, you might wait a smidge longer, but it's totally worth it. The drinks taste fantastic, and the vibe is always friendly. Kudos to the awesome team for keeping the caffeine flowing with a smile!

The worst service one could ever get. I ordered a drink which was first made without looking at what exactly I ordered and then when about to hand over me the order the person got to know that he was not supposed to make it that way. Instead of making the drink again he just took some of it out and added the oatmilk and cold foam… Worst ever drink I had.

Definitely disappointed ? ordered a Venti size shaken espresso and didn’t notice it’s only half full until walk out. There’s no straw or tissue available only if you go and request. The barista seems not willing to offer more than one straw until I showed him both me and my friend have a cold drink on hand.Very very disappointed and feel like a waste of money.

My review is based on the wait time and quality of my drink.Waited about 20mins for my drink. Tons of people waiting for theirs, too. 2 baristas working making drinks but looks like if there was a 3rd they'd be too crowded. And the lady there seemed to be working in slow motion.My drink sucked. Gingerbread Oat Chai Latte. Ordered this many times during this holiday season, I really like it, but this location just gave me hot milk! Couldn't taste anything other than the milk. Took so long to get it in the first place, I left when they handed it to me. Couldn't taste it right away it was piping hot! Undrinkable. Disappointing.

The service at this location is amazing.And it all starts with the manager Mary.She is such a warm hearted, kind and genuine person.When customers are waiting for their order she keeps them up to date as to where their order is in the process of being made.She takes the time to speak to the customers and get to know them.Her staff are just as friendly, kind, professional and efficient.I have had some bad experiences with Starbucks in the area but this location is great.It’s honestly surprising how they can maintain that level of customer service and care with that much foot traffic.

I'm absolutely in love with javachip
