The chicken biryani was extremely spicy even though we had asked for mild. The chicken in the butter chicken was not cut properly and had a lot of cartilage. Do you guys even care about your customer experience?

My daughter just got 2 plates of chicken Biryani from here, they were not Biryani but Halwa Biryani. Totally Pathetic taste and chicken seemed us BBQ chicken washed and mixed in in after, It was smelly and oily; the oil used in in seemed like used oil - smelly, I would never go there again as their customer service is so bad and not ready to listen anything. Pathetic Food and customer service,

Avoid ordering from this restaurant. Ordered mutton Biryani and the box was filled with 7 pieces of big bones and just 2 small pieces of meat. So essentially they give you all the trash when food delivery.And this I have observed more than 3 occasions with different orders.

Garlic Mayo Paratha Roll was raw and uncooked. Biryani was undercooked too. Im surprised biryani is a part of their name and they dont know how to actually make biryani?! Ended up wasting food and money. Pathetic.

Horrible horrible horrible Biryani. They’re putting the franchise name to absolute shame. I wish I had listened to people telling me their Biryani sucks but I decided to test it firsthand.Got 2 boxes of shame to the name of chicken biryani from their Mississauga location: cold, stale, old cooked rice probably at least 2 or more days ago, completely bland, no flavorful spices even though we requested it spicy, not even the slightest inkling of flavor in that mess. Theirs is the worst Biryani I have ever tasted! Even the accompanying raita was so pathetic. AND they’re at a higher price point than many other Biryani places around. Horrible experience!

I was in the vicinity and picked up Chicken & Beef Biryani, beef biryani was okay, i loved the chicken biryani it was so good with potatoes, i like that style of biryani, i did ask for a menu or flyer if they have and they said they have none and i have to see the display behind the counter and order it, my suggestion for the management would be to have some thing printed on the paper, so the customer can take home and if they want to order via phone to pick up.

Food was good. Portion was good .Ambience was not at all good for dine in. Felt like a really sub standard restaurant from inside. Staff was very good and friendly but they really need to work on the ambience and considering the good footfall for takeaways they haven’t invested anything in the dine in area.

I ordered veggie biryani today from Uber eats and I found small pieces of chicken in it and I eaten 2 spoons of it and I am pure vegetarian person and don’t eat meat due to religious reasons and today was holy day for us from religious perspective.i complained Uber eats but request to owner to keep an eye on food going out it may gone wrong for you. I am fine now and mistakes happens but please look into content of food going out from the store.
