The fried tofu I got was so good and soft, I recommend the tofu 100% The service was nice and the atmosphere was really cool. They also have my favourite sushi, the "Teriyaki Salmon Roll" best sushi ever!!

I've become a regular at Su & Shi. I'll grab various things, like Gyoza, Chicken Karaage, Chicken Bento, or a Donburi. Service has always been consistent, and I've never had a bad meal with them. I tend to go on weekends, so the food court can be a bit of a zoo, (which these folks have no control over). I always tip, as on weekends, the people doing the cooking are non-stop. If you haven't tried them yet, do so! Just one piece of advice...keep your receipt handy, the receipt has an order number and they call everything out by order number so pay attention so you can take your stuff quickly off the counter and the staff can focus on cooking people's food, rather wasting time and energy calling out again and again, people's order number. That happens more often than it should.

I went to Square One for lunch and to buy a new apple charger for my girlfriend. I recently got my wisdom teeth out and decided to get the beef don as I felt it would be the easiest to eat. Zero issue with buying the food. The issue was with the cooking staff. There were two cooks up front, a brown and asian man. I had zero issues with the asian man at least from what I saw during the time I was waiting/watching them cook my food. However, I watched the brown man pull his mask down and sneeze onto his hand while standing over some of the pre cooked food in the silver containers. I was already disgusted but I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he would wash his hands. I was severely mistaken as he proceeded to grab tongs and continue to handle food with the hand he just sneezed on. After seeing this and highly doubting that he would wash his hands unless told so, I yelled "Hey, are you going to wash your hands!?" he gave me a dirty look and said "I will, I will." He then proceeded to RINSE his hands with ONLY WATER. Mind you, he was also wearing a blue glove on his left hand which he also just rinsed in water rather than changing. He then put a clear glove on his right hand and continued to work. I thank God that the Asian man was the one to cook my food rather than the other guy. I'd like to emphasize that this review has nothing to do with race and everything to do with sanitary cooking practices. I used to work as a line cook and what this man did is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. benefit of the doubt, maybe he was having and off or busy day and it slipped his mind to wash his hands. If you do come to eat here, make sure to actually watch the staff make your food.
