I went to this location today and the customer service by Navdeep was brilliant. She dealt really amazingly and listened to every instruction very carefully with patience while taking the order. Must visit this place and ask for Navdeep.

We reached the subway at 8:50. The closing time said 9 pm. The staff very explicitly declined offering us food as they had started closing it. We understand that the closing had to happen, but then the outlet should communicate that to the customers as 8:50 as the closing time. Don't think it's fair to have us come all the way to buy food only to get declined.

They are lack of training, have bad attitude to their customers, and apparently from all other 1 star reviews, they didnt learn their lesson or address customers concern so they probably dont care. This Subway definitely ruins the brand image of Subway. Won't come again.
