Yesterday I ordered through the Subway app. When I went to pick up the order, the lady at the front was on her personal phone. My husband asked her where the order was, and she just pointed to the package and went inside without saying anything.
I would suggest that if someone needs to be on their phone all the time, they should stay at home instead of being at work. I would appreciate it if you could keep staff who understand proper customer service and treat customers respectfully.

I went there today afternoon. It was Pardeep who helped me with the order. She was very patient and helpful. I wanted the wraps on a platter and she had taken an extra step to help me on that situation. I really value your service and patience that you showed today.

She gave us wrong order...i am vegeterian and she gave us ham instead..she was already pissed that we came cz accrding to her 9:10 was the closing time instead of 10pm.
Please hire some better..giving non veg to a vegeterian customer .. i can take legal actions for this

When in today lady told me there's no meatball subs everytime I come to this location there's always some issues. I recommend to people don't bother going to this location

the lady employee there on (Friday night - 28th Feb) is very very rude and annoying, very disrespectful. She hesitated to add extra toppings, we are paying for each and every thing, not asking anything for free but still they are not willing to. Management has to take action on this. They are being very arrogant and rude. This can spoil the subway reputation

Hi,
Today I placed an online order for a teriyaki foot long sub and 2 macadamia cookies at about 11:30pm for pickup at 4:45pm using a promotion coupon code. The order was cancelled by the store around 2:00pm stating that both the teriyaki sub and the macadamia cookies were not available.
This sounded unbelievable and suspicious to me so since I was passing by the store anyways, I dropped in to check, and both the teriyaki sub and macadamia cookies were available and in stock. The store staff also confirmed both items were available at the moment as well as all day today. I took pictures as well of the available items. When asked why the order was cancelled when the items are available, they stated that the store owner cancelled it earlier.
So the store owner had cancelled the order by lying that these items were not available so that he/she didn't have to honor the promo that I used. This is a very unethical and disgusting business practice, as well as horrible customer service.
Due to this I ended up losing out on the $20 off promo that I used for this order and was not able to use it again because it was a one time use, but I didn’t even use it initially in the first place because the store owner cancelled the order under false claims.
