Today I placed an online order for a teriyaki foot long sub and 2 macadamia cookies at about 11:30pm for pickup at 4:45pm using a promotion coupon code. The order was cancelled by the store around 2:00pm stating that both the teriyaki sub and the macadamia cookies were not available.
This sounded unbelievable and suspicious to me so since I was passing by the store anyways, I dropped in to check, and both the teriyaki sub and macadamia cookies were available and in stock. The store staff also confirmed both items were available at the moment as well as all day today. I took pictures as well of the available items. When asked why the order was cancelled when the items are available, they stated that the store owner cancelled it earlier.
So the store owner had cancelled the order by lying that these items were not available so that he/she didn't have to honor the promo that I used. This is a very unethical and disgusting business practice, as well as horrible customer service.
Due to this I ended up losing out on the $20 off promo that I used for this order and was not able to use it again because it was a one time use, but I didn’t even use it initially in the first place because the store owner cancelled the order under false claims.
Horrible unethical customer service.

Visited this lovation 10 minutes ago, around 3.20pm on 21 august. Ordered sub with chicken, guy working there barely put any chicken in it. Charged us 16 dollars just for sub that was not at all worth. I will not recommend this one at all.

You can never go wrong with Subway. I got a toasted Cuban Crunch with everything, honey mustard sauce and Cuban style sauce. Tastes amazing, service was good and atmosphere is decent, nothing too crazy. If you need a meal to fill you up and to eat in peace, this is the place.

It seems that the quality of the food seems to slowly be deteriorating with the Recent price increases as well it is starting to become a worser off subway. They went from $8.99 to $10.99 which is ridiculous. So il be taking my business somewhere else cheaper that only costs $8.79

Before I start this review, I absolutely recommend you to try the cookies they sell here which are delicious. Now for the environment, this place is really cozy and smells of fresh subs. This spot is really good to just chill with your best friends and eat. Now for the actual subs, they are really good just like any other Subway. So would I recommend eating here? Absolutely!

I ask for sub with sauces and they said we don’t put anything and we don’t care if you want , you can complaint about us anywhere or in reviews. Also i asked for manager, they said she will come to talk to you. The name of girls are PRABHJOT and NANDINI. I want the manager contact me back about this asap before i get issue to head quarter. ??
