I went for lunch today it was a big location lots of seating also the ladies noticed me on arrival and addressed me even though there was a super tiny wait but I appreciated it!
My order was perfected after we had to remove a sauce that wasn’t what I wanted but I was given a free drink too and that’s why I knew she cared for my experience and I told her I would leave a 5 star review!
She was also caring about my taste preferences even though I could have sucked it up, but I knew I wouldn’t like the bbq sauce added and it was an accident that was owned up to on their part and I kept the sub just had it modified it bit with the removal of as much as possible to help the restaurant too. They did offer to remake it from scratch but I felt bad (and for me personally I was ok with the food). As long as that sauce was removed lol. I really appreciated the offer, this is real service and I had a choice here. Ty so much I wish you the best 🩷🩷

Go to Brunell and Hurontario location... same sandwich for about $1.50 cheaper than this rip off location. Will not be back after learning how you take advantage of your customers. No wonder this location failed before and was closed for a few years!
