Mandeel and Gagan made a really nice sub for us. Ordered Veggie patty and my friend got rotisserie chicken. Both were really tasty.

I’ve been going to subway weekly for years now. Only the past three months have I been going to this location as it’s conveniently close to work. To keep it short, one worker specifically always gives me 4 pieces of turkey when I KNOW the portion size is 5 pieces. She lied to me once when I called her out for it. So either I come and get met with crazy attitude, or my sandwich is made with lesser portions. Or they don’t understand simple words: “Toast with cheese before you put the meat” every single time I say this, no matter the worker, they are confused. I’m pissed off about this. Thought maybe just a bad day for the workers the first handful of times, but now I realize it’s consistent. Fix your workers, you’re a huge global chain not no family owned restaurant.
I ordered a Piri-Piri Footlong. The worker gave us basically no chicken and then proceeded to smile as I made a comment about the portions. Extremely disappointed.

I stars, they don’t heat the bread when told too. Did-not even added veggies for veggie delight. Ridiculous. 0 stars.

I placed an order via the Subway app and reached the store as per the pick up time . The lady working at store started shouting at me that she has not received any order . Even after showing the email she said I can’t do anything as she hasn’t got the order. After 5 minutes of arguing and requesting her to check the POS system again , she found the order . No change in behaviour even after that . Sub prepared was below standards . Surely the staff needs basic lessons of customer service and POS handling .

A Convenient Stop, But Bread Needs Improvement
Subway is a go-to place for many, and you'll find it in almost every mall, shopping complex, or busy shopping area — which makes it incredibly convenient for a quick bite or a meal.
I like that they offer a good variety of veggies like lettuce, jalapeños, olives, bell peppers, and more — and they don’t restrict the quantity, unlike some other chains. I also enjoyed their Green Goddess Veggie Bowl when it was available — not sure if it still is, but it was a nice option.
However, one consistent issue I’ve faced across outlets is the bread. Whether it’s multigrain or another type, the sub bread is often quite rough and hard to chew. It really takes away from the experience, especially if you're looking for something easy to eat. Subway seriously needs to work on improving the texture and softness of their bread.

I had a very disappointing experience on July 14 @ 12pm. I ordered a Veggie Delight sandwich, but the bread was unusually hard. When I politely asked for it to be remade, the employee, Palak, handled my tray with gloves but without washing her hands. She was directly contradicting my concern and insisted it was soft.
I also requested a new bag of chips since she had already touched my tray, but she refused. When I calmly repeated my concerns, she began shouting at me in front of other customers. I asked for a refund, but she denied it, saying the manager wasn’t available. I wasted my $15.01 money and my time.
This level of unprofessional behavior and poor hygiene is unacceptable in any customer-facing environment.

I have been coming to this location for several years and I am very happy with the consistently great quality of sandwiches, and how they are made as promptly as possible.
Sunny, Dipen, Komal, and Jyoti are all very receptive, and know how I like my sandwiches made. I am thankful they are so nice to me, as they really are great workers. This here is a really great team! Keep up the great work.

Stopped by this Subway and asked to use the washroom, but the staff refused to open it, even though we were paying customers. It’s extremely inconvenient and unprofessional to deny access to essential facilities. If you’re running a food business, washrooms should be available for customers — especially when it’s not busy. Definitely not coming back to this location.
