Worst experience at this location today. Date and time: December 29 at 10:40
While ordering a footlong, the staff member added only one scoop of chicken. When I pointed it out, she kept arguing and said it was two scoops. I asked her to put the chicken back into the scoop to check, and it was clearly one scoop. After that, she threw the chicken into the sandwich very disrespectfully, like garbage.
She rushed through the order, and when I asked for extra onions, she said, “It’s already extra, I can’t put more,” and refused. She also refused to chop the vegetables and was extremely rude throughout the interaction.
This is not the level of service expected from this brand. Very disappointing experience at 5985 Mavis Road. I will not be returning.

I recently visited this Subway location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The employee working around 1:30pm 28/11/2025 who assisted me did not treat me with courtesy or professionalism. Their tone and attitude felt dismissive, and it seemed like they were not interested in helping customers. It made the entire interaction uncomfortable and far from what I expect when visiting Subway.

Im writing this knowing well that the owner or manager not going to care. The staff is extreamly rude. Giving me attitude, and tossing ingredient around while i was standing there. And the sub is barely made, none of them even lable and just shove into 1 bag.
