I bought dinner at subway at rock wood mall and the food was bad so bad that it made me and my kid sick.When I first contacted them I told them that the food tasted bad and that I hope we do not feel sick later because of it.I got an email from the owner and all he said to me is I’m sorry the food did not taste right and I will talk to my staff about this so it won’t happen again.That’s it… that’s all I get.Then I told them the next day in the email that we did end up not feeling well afterwards and he still did nothing for us not even a response back.I told them they are so lucky we did not feel worse and all we wanted was some compensation for our troubles.I really did not even want to write this complainant and review but if they are not willing to work with me and just do a little something to make this right then I think everybody should know what kind of company this is.

***WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE***Yesterday went to this place to grab sandwiches. No greetings from staff until we start placing the order. I had coupon in my phone which I asked Cashier to scan it. He scanned it and charged me. After paying I realized that the coupon didn’t apply, so I just asked him about this. He said only some coupons works in the store not all, probably you don’t know that. Note: All Subway coupons have QR Code which you can scan in the restaurant. I also bought the drinks, there were no small lids for cup. I asked the person can I have one, he said there are smaller lids, can’t you see that. He was referring to the lid for coffee cups, please check the photos. I said this is the coffee cup lids and how can I use straw in this. He said WHY YOU WANT TO DRINK WITH STRAW JUST SIP IT and laughed.Poor customer service and very arrogant staff.

This location are crooks, I go in with a $20 EGiftcard and she keeps telling me it only takes $2 dollars off finally on the 4th time of me saying MA'AM look enter the EGiftcard number she says you owe 2 dollars as soon as I give the $2 she tells me I still owe $8 so I give her $10 she doesn't give me back any change or anything. Proceeds to just throw out sandwiches together. WILL NOT BE BACK!

Rude, got my order wrong. Didn't receive the combo and told me to come and pick up a cookie. They also charged me for an extra Pepsi I never received.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was my worst experience at any subway across Ontario. I ordered two footlong sandwiches through door dash. One was a vegetarian sub on Italian bread with mustard. The other was turkey breast on Italian with mayo. Both sandwiches were not correct. The veg came on herbs and cheese and had honey mustard and mayo on it. The turkey breast also came on herbs and cheese, with only approximately 3-4 pieces of turkey on it, and it was slathered in multiple different sauces when all that was asked was mayo. Double and triple check your orders before you think it’s alright to send something to a paying customer that they didn’t order. I will never, ever go to this subway again. Save yourself the hassle people and go somewhere else, business isn’t taken seriously here.

This location is conveniently placed lots of parking. The food was ok not the freshest produce in my opinion. Lettuce tasted a bit stale and the tomatoes were kinda mushy. The real star dropper was the line. The Woman working there was trying her best slugging out the sandwiches ?. She needed backup. The wait for me was like 15 mins, way to long. I almost walked out. Thanks for the food, and the staff member was friendly thanks for reading.

Honestly, you better order in store, if you order online, you might not get good filling in sandwich, I ordered online and there was so little stuffing that I felt like I was chewing bread only, no veggies, they might do better in person may be!!!

Could’ve changed their hours to temporarily closed because I went out of my way to come get a sandwich meanwhile they’re serving their friends…. So are you closed or not. Very unprofessional. Also This location never answers the phone. The hours online say open but I get there and they just locked the door at 8:30pm, meanwhile google hours show open until 10pm. There’s a sign for “temporary closed April 25” which is tomorrow so please be professional and don’t waste peoples times. Will not be returning to this location.
