Had a great dinner with friends. Overall the experience was great. My only complaint is the waitress was not that attentive and we had to chase her down to get service.

The bag for the cookies had a hole in it as the lady was putting it in the bag and ended up on the counter. I asked for a new one and she put the one that fell on the counter back into the cookie tray. I asked if she was going to throw it away and she said she would but then it was put back in the tray……..I didn’t bother buying them. Imagine how they are with the rest of the menu. I’m not impressed. Disgusting.🤮

Where do I start… The bread tastes like foam, the veggies looked like they’d been sunbathing for a week, and the “chicken” had the texture of a wet sponge. I waited in line for 15 minutes just to watch the staff move at the speed of a melting glacier, only to mess up my simple order anyway. The whole place smelled like old pickles and regret. Honestly, I left more hungry than when I walked in. Never again.

My husband asked for his steak medium rare but it was well done. I find to way many onions in the spinach dip and the guacamole. We were on a time crunch as we had another place to be so unfortunately we just waste what we could because we didn't have the time to send it back.

Signed up for the free Spinach dip which never came. Arrived and was seated quickly. Our server was noticeably in a foul mood and did not try to hide it. No interaction with us at all. We are pretty good tippers but I didn't even feel like giving her the 10% that we did. The bartender was very short with the servers when they were picking up their drink orders. The manager was not seeming to notice the very obvious bickering that was going on amongst most if not all staff members that night. It was not an enjoyable experience.

We got outstanding service. Manager came around to check on us and I mentioned that I was finding my mild wings to be quite spicy for my tender palate. He immediately replaced them with something less hot and indicated that inam not the first to mention this. He was super lovely.
It saved us precious time, when we booked a reservation via OpenTable. When we reached the restaurant, a lot of people are on queue and luckily we were prioritized. It was family day so I expected a lot of diners. The host/staff were warm and served with a smile.

I was taking my family especially my son because he has never been to a Montana's before. He loves ribs and I told him Montanas are the best. I will NEVER go back to a Montana's again!! We were told that they do not honour OpenTable reservations and that we would not be getting seated. The worst experience I have ever had! It's sad because everyone got dressed so nicely because it was Valentine's Day.

Valentines Day is my birthday so we reserved through Open Table for 2 couples with our best friends It has always been one of my favourite places because of their beef ribs. Anyway, we got there on time, were seated with no problem. Our wine took a while to get to us but we were in a good mood, so no big deal. We could see they were short staffed, as our waiter was running all over the place flustered, flying past us back and forth along with the other staff, so we chatted and waited for him to take our order. We placed our order, since we always have the same thing. Nearly two hours later, after repeated polite reminders to staff flying past us, we saw tables who had come after us getting served food, leaving...and we were still waiting. We were soooo hungry. We finally got upset, I pointed out it was my birthday and they said something about our reservation coming from Open Table and not their system. I pointed out that we had booked on the Montana.ca site and that is how we ended up on the Open Table site. We had never heard of Open Table before that day, but liked the ease of using the site to reserve. Anyway, the food finally came. The beef ribs were dried out like they had been sitting in a warmer for a long time. They offered to take $100.00 off the bill. That is about it. Worst birthday meal and experience we had ever had in the 32 years our friends have been celebrating my Valentines Day birthday together.
