Staff are beyond rude. They do not listen when you ask them for your sub. Staff have ear buds in when managers are not around. They talk behind your back while your standing right there. Asked for less lettuce and the girl rolled her eyes at me.

Visited this location today around 10 am. The girl who assisted me took my order wrong. When I tried to explain, she began arguing with me. Despite repeating myself 2-3 times during the order, she still got it wrong and started misbehaving. Totally disappointing experience with poor customer service!

5 star for the service. The lady working there was super helpful and welcoming. There was a issue with my sandwich and she replaced without any concern. Very fast and good customer service. Definitely visiting again.Vegetarian options: Veggie patty and veggie delight.

This time they were not really attentive to what I was ordering. They don't know what's on the menu, not listening to clients well like bringing out a bread that I didn't ask for. I understand it's a lunch rush so they were probably swamped but the most disappointing part was that the cashier tried to pretend she gave me full change even though it was in short of 10 cents (I believe she knew it was not full bc the register clearly showed how much was supposed to be returned). I counted the coins in front of her and then she just asked me if everything's okay. Apparently they didn't have any 10 cents in the register so they had to go in the back to break 10 cent coin roll after I pointed that out. There was no sorry but just "okay, I will get 10 cents for you." Even though it's only a dime, I felt bad how they fooled customers, trying to pass the moment, not being honest.

Went to this Subway for first time and ordered the one with Crispy chicken in it. However midway i found that the chicken was raw .. brought this to attention of the girl on the counter. She was apologetic about it and offered an exchange for free/ on her. My exchange with her was very good. She was quick to help me out... she was working alone at the store but was very efficient and quick in serving everyone. These 4 stars are for Mandeep :) .. i know she doesnt prepare the chicken patty, Subway you should really do quality check on what u r supplying to the stores.

The meatball sub has always been my favourite pick every time I go to subway. I've been hearing the ads on radio going on and on about the new "chef created" sub so I figured I'll give it a go. I got the Meatballer sub and let me tell ya, it's amazing. They took my favourite sub and made it so much better with adding pepperoni and parmesan cheese. A+, will be getting this from now on

I usually get extra cheese, and this location just grabs two pieces of cheese at a time and put it on one side. When you ask them to spread it out so it's on both sides of the bread they say "Yeah okay", then proceed to not do that. Today I got the chicken rancher & asked for extra cheese. Same as usual, they just doubled it all on one side. I asked to have it spread out to both sides but she wasn't listening. When the meat was done heating up another lady was set to dump it on the side without cheese, so I stopped her and asked if she could put the extra cheese on the other side of the bread. She looked right at me, said "Yeah okay" then dumped the meat on the side without cheese anyway. The person in line behind me said "I guess that was a no". I'll be taking my business to Mr. Sub from here on out.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. The only reason I even ordered from here is because it’s close to my work place. Every time myself and my co workers place an order on the app it’s incorrect. Today I had coupons tried doing it on the app and it wasn’t working so I called to place a phone order was told no I can’t do that with a coupon. When I come into the store I was told as I’m cashing out I can’t use it on the sub I got .if I wasn’t short on time I would of walked out but by then half my break was already over . Terrible customer service. It should not be a hassle to order 2 sandwiches. By the way nowhere does it state on the coupon that it can’t be used on specific subs. Won’t be back
