Extremely poor customer service. I ordered on the app for pickup and received the wrong ingredients on my sub. I called them and they said they insisted it was made correctly. I told them I'm looking at the sub right now along with my receipt and it's clearly different. They said if I want other ingredients I can come back and get them in a cup but otherwise they wouldn't remake it for me. I drove there with the sub and receipt and they still refused to acknowledge their mistake. They eventually agreed to make me a new sub but would not apologize or communicate with me at all about the issue.

WORST SUBWAY EVER! I ordered 3 subs (2 footlong and 1 six inch) through uber eats totalling over 60.00. Subs arrive and the 6 inch was made incorrectly and could not be eaten So I contacted the location to rectify the issue as I was hoping fo tge correct sub to be delivered. I was told manager will call me back. I wait 20 min while everyone else finishes their dinner. Guess what.....??? No call back. Sooooooo I call them again a few more times however my calls were just ignored. An hour goes by so I send someone to the store to rectify. My sub gets to me and let's just say they still didn't make the sub to order but at least it was edible.

Terrible service. Ladies are rude and limit you to how many toppings you can put on a sub . Never been to a subway before that limits you on toppings... She told me “I cant add anymore to your sub”. Lol good luck if you go to this location. Then asked for a tip? what has our world come to these days .

Owner is rude, he does not wear a mask properly when serving customers during a pandemic. The employees are equally as rude... this is my local subway and is close to home, it’s a shame they have a terrible attitude and don’t appreciate the customers that come in. Give any other subway your money... trust me, you won’t regret it

We had good subs, but one of the major critics is that even with us being in the store, I had to use the app to order and make us of the coupon.
The staff was trying to help, but I should be able to get a QR code and use it in the store.
They did a great job of making the sandwiches.

while i was eating i wasnt treated proper costumer service ask to use restroom they told me for costumers only..how did she know i wasnt a costumer to be honest i been eating subway since they wernt a franchise they represent SUBWAY not good for there name stay away from here i think they are rude and racist also transgender …

DO NOT COME HERE. Seen huge roach in bathroom. After informing the staff she just shrugged it off like they done care. The buns where dry not as fresh and soft as most places.

They need to learn how to treat people and not be so miserable. If your not happy then quit. The world just dont care anymore. Its terrible.
