The new staff here are terrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich and didn’t even get a full scoop of chicken. When I asked for a little more, I was told it would be an upcharge. I don’t recommend this place imagine paying your money and not even getting the proper portion.

The staff is rude and dismissive. I ordered a Canadian club and instead of charging for that they chose to charge a turkey sub with extra cheese and bacon just so they could charge more. Make sure you check your receipts here. I had to tell the counter person multiple times to hand it over since I knew the price was wrong and he was reluctant, showing he knew what he did.

Worst experience Worst behaviour Neither customer satisfaction is taken care of nor the opinion is being considered Even after making a proper level sandwich of specific amount of sauces and veggies The associate was just making it in her way I said no tomatoes and cucumbers, but she still added it ! Didn’t even care to check the customer requirement ! To so well known branch like subway such associates are ruining the reputation ! I will suggest the owner to look into this and take action

Worst subway I've been too in the GTA. I think I was served by the lady owner. She was super cheap with the toppings and unfriendly. When I am paying $14 for a salad bowl, do not be cheap with toppings! You're paying customers like me will not return!
