NOT THIS LOCATION! Worst experience! Inspite of frenchise Mr jignesh Said he has his own policies. He said he dont care about frenchise policies, he has his own choises that he can make on items! Lol... choose other location if you wanna get value for your price...

I have ordered big veggie patty *2 . They have not added even a single sauce . I ordered for four different sauces . How terrible they are ?dont even have commonsense that how one can eat without flavour or sauces . Disgusting.

The picture of the "3 cheese sandwich speaks for its self" yes I said something and I was told this is what I'm supposed to get. Buddy got upset that I asked for the "Turkey ranch" with no tomatoes and was confused when I didn't know all of the ingredients. I said I'm looking at a picture everything it comes with there except tomatoes and he gets frustrated and tells me don't look at the picture. Just tell me what to put on it. I asked so you don't know what it comes with he said he did and listed the ingredients and I asked why is a sandwich called Turkey ranch if it has no ranch sauce he told me to stop looking at the sign like that wasn't a logical question. Customer behind me had to help him figure it out with me. I also had to ask 3 times for him to remove a fly from my sandwich. I come here all the time and always get the same order but I thought I'd try something new. I stopped coming for years and used to always drive past it to go to others but that was so long ago I thought I'd give them another try. Ew.

Worst experience I ever had with any subway. I ordered classic Italian bread but got regular bread. moreover bread looks stale further did not received some of the vegetables which I had selected during order.
Do not ever go to this location.
Subway should take an action against such store.

Do not go to this store. Most unprofessional employees I've seen. We ordered online and realized while eating that they didn't give us the correct ingredients as per the order. We called them and brought it back in. After we told them that our order was incorrect the girl Sakshi told us that she knows that she put it in and accused us of taking out ingredients to return it for 2 new footlong sandwiches. I said that we realized while eating, and that we didn't even finish one half of each sandwich. I said we are not here to try and scam for free food we just want our right order, and the employee Sakshi starts yelling and saying how can you eat part of a sandwich and then come back and ask for different ones. I said that we only realized while eating and how is it our fault that the order was incorrect. We have a picture of how the inside of the sandwich looks, as well as the sandwich itself which I showed her. The lady did not admit it and gave the phone to me to speak with her manager Jignesh. In which I explained my situation, and he said "We're fighting with head office. Do you think you can order 2 footlongs for $15.99 and we as a store can survive?". I was shocked with this answer. What does this have to do with the customer and simply getting our orders right? During all this, they were going inside and chatting in hindi talking about me, which I could understand. The manager Jignesh hung up the phone and came in person and checked the camera footage to see if she added the ingredients or not. After about 40 min of waiting, they come out and say oh we were not able to retrieve the footage, what do you want to do? I could not believe this as every store has access to footage, and the employee probably saw that they did not add the proper ingredients in the footage, and wanted to cover it up. Even during the refund process I am telling him how this customer service is not acceptable and employees shouldn't be behaving like this, and he is still justifying it telling me about fighting with head office about third party materials. Completely ridiculous that I had to spend almost 2 hours in this situation, and be met with the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Will not recommend this store to anybody. Wish I could give a ZERO rating.

Terrible experience. Sub made without care and fell apart with holes all over the bread. Workers need to take more pride in their work as is advertised.

Worst sub of my life and I mean it. Bread was old and hard to chew. Hardly any toppings or sauce that I asked in mobile order. Looks like they are trying to save money on food while you pay full amount and still dont get what you ordered !

I m regular customer of subway n been to this place several times. Not only once it happened me lot of times. As i requested that guy to make chickn wrap n his service was so poor n bad attitude towards me. I asked him how much scoop of chickn you guys serve in signature wrap. He told me only one scoop as we are serving here. I know it goes for 2 scoops tht is 120 gm. Then he wraps it in so poor way n his attitude was really bad… dont know why ?? These people have no idea how they r treating with customers.

Subs are always good at this location tucked away in the corner of the mall, usually sit in and read the paper with a sub and a drink and it’s quiet for the most part.

There is a super rude employee here who greets you with "Yes?" This woman needs serious training in interacting with customers. I asked for my sandwich extra toasted and she ignored my request. The bread came out super light and when I asked that it go in again she said "It will burn" and admittedly I took a chance and said "Just put it back" because up to this point I was already mentally exhausted with her. Sure enough the sandwich came out beautifully golden brown. I hate how fast food joints seem to only hire the most impatient human beings these days. I return this behaviour with equal abruptness. Nice people get nice me. Train these staff members on sensitivity please.
