There is a super rude employee here who greets you with "Yes?" This woman needs serious training in interacting with customers. I asked for my sandwich extra toasted and she ignored my request. The bread came out super light and when I asked that it go in again she said "It will burn" and admittedly I took a chance and said "Just put it back" because up to this point I was already mentally exhausted with her. Sure enough the sandwich came out beautifully golden brown. I hate how fast food joints seem to only hire the most impatient human beings these days. I return this behaviour with equal abruptness. Nice people get nice me. Train these staff members on sensitivity please.

They make great sandwiches but barely any toppings to put on. It was a little over the top on my end because I did ask for a decent amount of pickles of the side, so afterwards I only asked for 2 containers. They told me they could only give me one. A little ridiculous and probably the only subway thats actually told me this. Along with missing some parts of my friends order, not the best experience.

Very rude behavior from the staff, the guy who made the sub was very rude. When I asked him to cut my foot long in two six inches, he rudly said that I should have told him before. Very disappointed. The guys name was

The whole reason I’ve been going here for the last 15 years is for the sub of the day. Now they discontinued it for some d*** reason. Now the menus are totally confusing and different and I couldn’t even decide what to get. I will not return to subway until they bring back sub of the day.Whoever’s marketing idea this was should be fired.

I came to eat with my kids we have these sandwiches once in a blue moon. The lady was so nice and put extra mayo on the sandwich when my kid when back to get a bit more she gave it kindly. However there was a larger man overweight who is giving my healthy fit child a lecture on mayonnaise saying how she shouldn’t eat it and its not good for her. My kid is fit and enjoys her once in a while treat after she felt bad eating the small chicken sandwich. Im very upset. I don't know if ill be returning cause the lady was so nice but we don't go out for a treat for other opinion’s and lectures.

Your feedback is important to the SUBWAY® brand and your recent inquiry has been forwarded to the appropriate areas for further review."Below are the excerpts reported to SUBWAY.Today, dated WED, SEP28 2022 at around 8:30AM we went to Subway to grab school lunch for our kids.Kunal was the server at that store.First Kunal (if I am not mistaken with his name) made us wait. He was not welcoming and had attitude just when our kids try to explain what they needed.He was yelling at my kids in front of me. I had to advise him to keep quite so that I can explain.I also asked Kunal, to ensure that this is not PORK, and he said you have already asked 4TIMES.In turn Kunal said I am not serving you and there is camera over here. And I pondered over it to myself, seriously, is this a threat to the customer.And we walked out of the store.I am now beginning to realize in the past he may have misbehaved with my kids in my absence as well.I have been ignoring Kunal in my past experience, but today’s experience was a flashpoint of never to come to this store again.Kindly take a note of this and take appropriate action against this person.By any stretch this is not acceptable that a customer is humiliated, insulted and threatened in a public place.

Just left this location was standing at the counter for 5 minutes while they all were chatting in the back. Called out for service 3 or 4 times. Even called the store to try to get their attention.

This is one of the best Subway locations. You are greated as soon as you enter and theh prepare your sandwich very quick. The meats and veggies a very fresh and layed out very well. The workers observe strict hand washing and glove changing. The tables are frequently cleaned excellently as well as the floors. The bathrooms are kept clean and operational. This location is top notch.
