The protein quantity is half of what the headoffice guidance says. Even when you pay for extra protein they dont service the proper portion of it. This is happened multiple times and it seems that the store is trying to cut cost by under serving their customers. I work in a location near to this subway and alot of my colleagues who came to this store or the one at Subway2325 Matheson Blvd E #2, Mississauga, ON which is under same ownership has complained about less protein and rude staff. The staff is so intimidating that sometimes we cant even ask for a full serving of what we are paying for. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO THIS LOCATION. Better to eat at tim hortons then to come here. At least you get your money's worth.

I was in line ready to take order then a customer came in with a mobile order. I was then passed over and told to wait while she filled the mobile order. Causing me to wait even longer I then left and will never be going back to this location again. Passing over customers in line to fill mobile orders was just rude. I was the only customer left other than the mobile order persons that came in. Not a happy person right now
