Staff are very friendly and they always do a great job preparing my food. The seating area is always clean and nice to sit in. I pre-order on the Subway app and my food is always ready when I arrive. I will continue coming to this Subway!

It seems that the owner of this property doesn’t prioritize the business or customer experience. My colleague and I have visited this location several times recently since it’s convenient to our workplace. However, on Thursday, November 14, 2024, around 9:55 a.m., we encountered an especially rude cashier (a woman with blonde hair, no name tag).

From the moment we walked in, she appeared unwilling to serve us, often turning away as soon as she saw us approach. Today, we waited in line for 15-20 minutes, only for her to finally mention that the cookies we were waiting for weren’t fresh, and it would “take forever” to make a new batch. It’s surprising that the restaurant would open in the morning without products ready for customers. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely worst experience where the owner doesn't want to give napkins. When i asked for a couple of more napkins, he said, "Didn't you get the napkins with the footlong. Idk it was manager or owner, but it was an old no hair man. Come on, that not how you treat customers.

Pathetic customer service. I asked the cashier to give a bag to go and she made a face and our my subway in a bag and threw it on the counter and left. She kept repeating what I wanted after I told her my topping she was busy laughing with her co worker and not focusing on the work. Disgusting service.

I am just going from last one year first I think that old lady is only rude person there but I know I find out that all employees here are rude especially two Indian girls they don’t how to be nice and prepare order gently just after getting my order she behaves so rude and hit the table with bread like she is giving it me at free of cost if you are being paid here due to customers and your job depends on sales if it drops you will hit ground as you hit bread on table mind it

Both the employee behind the counter and the owner were grossly rude. I asked the employee how many refills for the fountain drink and was told two. I went outside for a few long phone calls, came back and when I started refilling the employee was barking at me to stop. The same one who said I could have 2. Then the boss/owner/manager didn’t try to understand what was happening and says the same thing.

Poor experience! Poor management.

Been coming here over 3 years & I can’t believe the rude & disrespectful manager at this location. I am indeed what you want to call a picky customer & like my sandwich to be prepared a certain way. After 3 years & still coming, I’d say I’m satisfied by now. An incident occurred today where one of my coldcut meat dropped on the floor & the lady making the sandwich just grabbed another complete different piece of meat to replace the one that fell. I tried to ask her to change it to the correct one but the language barrier didn’t allow her to understand me so I left it alone. I walked around to show her the piece of meat that fell on the ground & just to show them which one fell. I was fine to continue with preparing the sandwich that was already coming out of the toaster but the manager got involved & immediately started started saying that “each time I come in, I complain”. Not the case or else I’m sure he wouldn’t be serving someone who complained every time for over 3 years. He took this situation & just went against me, not understanding the issue & just calling out rude comments to me. He’s rude, unprofessional & even speaks to his employees as if he’s in a bad mood & definitely NOT A PPL PERSON! Learn how to deal with a variety of customers. Last time I’ll walk into your location

They gave me a chicken, bacon ranch wrap and the chicken wasn't cooked. It was so much like rubber that my nail didn't pierce the meat. Disgusting. I puked out the 2 bites I could get in. I asked the owner to give me a call back 2 days ago and no one followed up.
