I had a great time eating here. Five friends and I came in, and they gave us more meat than usual. The manager even gave us all a free cookie, which was really nice. The whole place had great vibes. I wish it were a little cheaper, but you can’t really complain, especially in this economy.

Sub bread was over cooked and was almost burnt. Tasted bitter. Order had extra sauce already selected but it seemed that subway artist read it as less sauce.

This is the worst possible Subway. Do not ever visit this. They take away your money and do not deliver food. Manager Ramesh Patel is the fraud. He was very rude and harsh. Shir customer service ever. Even after paying and showing the receipt he refused to give the order. Never visit this location.

My sister’s boyfriend went here to pick up lunch for us and I asked for a cold cut combo. They didn’t put any meat on it and just marked it as a veggie sub because apparently you have to tell them what meat to put on? Been eating cold cuts at subway for years and never ONCE had to tell them what meat to put on or whether or not to put meat on the sub. Not sure if the guy was new or not but still got charged the regular price as if there was meat on the sub.

We have used this Subway location for a few years now for catering orders. The team is always so accommodating and flexible to work with all of our requests for big orders. We are so appreciative of this team and how much effort they put into the food, and the care for the customers. Will definitely be ordering catering from here in the future. Thank you!

Poor attitude of the guy working in between 1pm to 2pm on a friday.. and passing disrespectul remarks to ones order like how you are going to eat this sub???..while he was impatient when i was asking him to put my favourite toppings. honestly ruined my day .. very poor customer service.. i wish i knew the name of the guy would love to mention it.. subway please dont hire such impatient employees

I ordered online and when I arrived the one sandwich was toasted which I didn't ask for. Person making sandwich gave me a hassle remaking sandwich. Contacted manager who blew me off after a couple exchanges. Very poor customer service.

Poor attitude and a lack of customer service from the Sandwich Artist makes for an overall disappointing experience at this Subway location! Despite ordering via the official mobile app, orders are not prioritized and there is an inevitable wait time of up to 15 minutes when the store is not busy. This is a location to avoid, until management makes an effort to improve their processes and staff.

I ordered online and waited in the car with my kids. The app showed the pick-up time, and I kept an eye on the store to see how many people were inside. Only two people came in after I placed my order. At 6:55 pm, I went inside to pick up my order, but the girl working there hadn’t even started it and said there were too many customers. I told her I disagreed, as I had been watching the store from outside with my kids. Previously, there was a guy who worked in the evenings and always made the sandwiches on time, but I haven’t seen him around in the evenings lately.
