I ordered online and waited in the car with my kids. The app showed the pick-up time, and I kept an eye on the store to see how many people were inside. Only two people came in after I placed my order. At 6:55 pm, I went inside to pick up my order, but the girl working there hadn’t even started it and said there were too many customers. I told her I disagreed, as I had been watching the store from outside with my kids. Previously, there was a guy who worked in the evenings and always made the sandwiches on time, but I haven’t seen him around in the evenings lately.

The bread they gave my son for my sub at lunch today was stale. If all you sell is sandwiches, then you need to ensure it's good quality and fresh.

I usually go to the same subway branch from 1 year and the staff is good
But today, the subway artist was really rude and highly incompetent! First me and my sister asked her for two veggie subs and in between making our order she started working on the next customer instead of attending us, second, the cheese was not even at the cheese station and she was roaming around with the subs. Thirdly, she was making a vegetarian sub for us and in between she went on to put a pause to our order and make the next persons chicken salad! Then when she finally came to make our sub ; my sister asked her to add few more olives as it was a footlong sub and she had added 4-5 olives and she replies rudely “u want extra? Standard is only 6 olives” thats rude! After that once she was done making my sisters sub she goes to check her out whereas we had told her 2 subs and we were literally together! Then i had to tell her again to make my sub and she used the same gloves she used on the checkout screen to make my sub. And the subs were so dry she did not even add the sauces properly; like who has an issue adding sauces at subway? Thats horrible!
She could have made both subs together instead of wasting our time and in between catering the people who came after
So disappointed
She made me lose the love i had for this branch
Subway please work on your staff!

Food took a while but i went in during rush hour so it was to be expected, staff washed hands and changed gloves after every sub made even though it was packed, safe choice if you love subway

I just placed an order on app. My name is Harleen I am the manager of Mr. Sub in the same plaza . I was amazed with their service because when I enter, the staff have smile on their face. When I go to subway in brampton, they always make rude faces but this time, the staff was humble. There is one boy and girl in the morning today. Even the sandwich they made was up to the mark. It made my whole day as I started my day. Will recommend my all frirnds even my family to go to this subway. Most importantly, my sandwich as just like i want. If it is about toppings and sauces everything was perfect.Thanks a lot guys. Keep working hard. Much appreciated.

Nan no ta lagabu buta lokual bo ke riba bo pan mas, dus,ami no ta bai mas.They don't allow you to put the toppings you want anymore so I'm not going anymore.They don't let you choose what you want to add. I will not come back.

I love love love the veggie Pattie sub. It's my all time favorite thing to eat. The staff at all the subways are very cooperative and kind.

never been disappointed going to this location. no problem using coupons, great subs, attentive and patient staff. the new meatball sub was superb! ordered it on flatbread and it was nicely assembled! brisket sub was also delicious! took a star off because they scrimped on the napkins and the men's washroom was closed (was told to use the women's instead).

Fruitflies near the veggies

It’s 08:03 08/10/2023 and they open at 7am yet have NOTHING ready - still putting veggies on the display, no knifes or utensils, toaster isn’t on… looks like this lady has been doing nothing considering they’ve been open for an hour! (Should not take over 5 minutes to get served when we are the only two people)
