Did not ask what bread we wanted. Did not ask if we wanted it toasted. No toilet paper in women's bathroom and worker did not seem to care. I've never seen a bathroom run out of both rolls. Wouldn't recommend.

I was just here on Sunday 4pm. The lettuce was brown and I asked for new lettuce. Employee straight up lied and said they don't have new lettuce.

Staff member was not paying attention while making the sandwich, had air pods in and was clearly not engaged at all. Had to repeat ingredients multiple times and I was the only person in the store at the time.

I visited subway this morning.Subway is a place where I can choose my vegetables freely. I ordered the Steak and Egg sandwich and chose lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, olives,pepper. I didn't demand a lot of vegetables. She just added a little bit of vegetables. The employee said She couldn't give you spinach because I chose too many vegetables. The reason is that the menu I ordered doesn't allow choosing vegetables freely. When I mentioned that other Subway stores don't have such a policy, they countered that it's not true and insisted that all Subways are the same. She told me that if I want to choose vegetables freely, I should order a cheaper Classic sandwich. I find it hard to understand the explanation given by the employee, who said that for menu items priced over $10, which occupy most of the menu, you have to eat the vegetables they provide without any additional options, and only a few items listed in the small corner of the menu allow choosing vegetables. I enjoys Subway , I will contact the headquarters, and if all Subway stores are like this, I won't go to Subway again.

The only location that doesn't allow any veges on their sandwich? To respond to the owner. I was told no vegetable was allowed on a meatball sub? Coming home tired from work. I had no energy to argue as the sandwich was already started. Next time I will just leave.

The owner mast be a very cheap person!Every time I visit this place they are missing some veggies.Today they didn’t have green olives.They measure everything by e leaf. No way they will give you an extra one.For the steak and cheese sub, they are shaking the bowl 50 times trying to get out what ever they can so they can save the penny.Well done boss. You should work for Canadian government.And I have to mention the main door. This is the only place ever where you are entering through the left door in to the building.When you are there next time you will know what I mean
