It was past noon on a Friday and I came to this Subway location. My coworkers and I felt like having some subs because they're a few dollars less expensive than Firehouse Subs.
Me and my coworkers ordered 2 footlongs and 1 6 inch sub. I was reading out the toppings and didn't notice the amount of meat the employee was putting on the subs.
You don't want to eat a steak and cheese or pulled chicken and when you are eating it you can barely taste or see the meat. The six inch had 2 meatballs on it! Let's just say my coworkers were disappointed.
Unfortunately, shrinkflation have seemingly hit this place hard. Their meat portions feel light even judging by eye. I think from now on I will just go to the competition unless I feel like bringing my food scale in tow.

Worker cut her finger while cutting my bread (minor cut, but with blood). While she was tending to her injury she left the bread on the prep station, the other worker stepped over to start marking my sub with the same bread. (There is a chance she didn’t see what happened) however when I told her I would like new bread because the other worker cut her finger she took the bread in question and was going to put it back with the other bread. She had to be told to throw it away instead of keeping to serve to another customer.
You need some serious review of food handling protocols.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I visited around 6 PM, and the lady working the evening shift was extremely rude and unprofessional. She clearly did not know how to speak to customers and had a very unpleasant attitude throughout the interaction. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but the way she handled the service was unacceptable. I expect basic courtesy and customer service, especially from a well-known brand like Subway. Definitely not returning to this location.
