Horrible! It’s unbelievable how much cross contamination goes on, and lack of attention to food safety. Workers THROW deli meats and other toppings from one end of the station to the other end, and throw toppings. Have you ever seen an olive tray with bits of lettuce and cucumber pieces mixed in?? Save yourself the loss of appetite and head to the timmies instead.

The girls working here do not practice food safe. I ordered a salad and the girl used the same gloves to open and touch the stove handles and other tools then she touched my salad then again touched the stove handles then took out my food. She claims she didn’t do that but I was right in front of her watching. The manager of this location better make sure your people are practicing food safe . I’ll be reporting to health inspector.

Horrible customer service the lady working hate is just rude. Its like she is doing a favor to customers by making their sub. Really bad attitude towards her job and customers. Order ahead using the app to avoid waiting in long lines or any delays. Situated right in front of the domestic arrivals at Toronto Pearson Airport, Domestic Arrivals. Always neat and clean with lots of tables to sit.

The new menu is too expensive and the sub is not good. Bread was not as fresh. I work in the building, after 2 hours the bread is so hard that I need to put it in a microwave and it's still hard in some parts of it. I bought it lunch time. There's no way its that dry. For $16 on a 12\\\" sub. I'll pass!!!

This is for departures gate B subway. Ordered a sub lined up then added toppings and then at checkout it was someones else sub even tho they ordered way later than me. The ladies here are extremely rude as well, would direct blame onto other than themselves. Lol they literally missed my entire order. lined up again and got a the sub and did not enjoy after that whole mess. Pearson put more chipotles pls at least if this happens I want decent food in the end.

Always ask for a receipt. Just came here before a flight and got charged for the wrong subs and the girl wouldn’t give us a refund of the difference. She didn’t even want to give us the receipt to begin with and then didn’t give it back after we told her about the mistake.

We visited this subway right after are arrival. The lady that was working glanced at us and tiredly said “ give me a second” and started wiping the cutting board and had us WAIT THERE FOR more than 5 minutes. Another lady was working inside and she was i assume doing dishes. Yes we were there very late but I don’t think they should open the store if they aren’t willing to work. Also, they didn’t have any cucumbers either, I guess they didn’t want to slice more for the night? Anyway, definitely not going back here. GO TO THE ONE OUTSIDE THE CAROUSELS BY THE EXIT!

I visited this location around 11pm . I ordered a subway steak and avacodo bowl. While I was the third patron, I was the last of the three. The young lady who served me am was efficient at best. She ultimately threw things in the bowl finishing it off with the ris dumped on top. The result was nothing like the picture and there was no effort to do so.
