Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the staff Girl. Yesterday My sister went there to buy a sub with her daughter and she politely asked to use the washroom, and the server in night shift around 11:30 PM (21st June) replied we can’t. After my sister said why then she rudely replied, “don’t argue with me,” and even said, “we don’t open the washroom for druggies too.” This is not only disrespectful but also extremely insulting and discriminatory. With employees like this, your restaurant will close soon. Treating customers like this shows a total lack of professionalism. Customers deserve respect—not arrogance. We pay for our food not just randomly ask for washroom . We will never return, and I hope the management takes immediate action.

This is the very first bad experience I had here. This is my local subway and I've been coming here for a while. The girl working this morning decided to go ahead with adding ingredients I didn't ask her to saying that it's not her fault. Ridiculous. Instead of an apology she's there defending her crap. Continued talking even when I said for her not to speak to me anymore, which at that point I had to ignore her. Even when I was ready to pay she went back to be serving another customer, I had to just walk out because I don't have time for rubbish. I wish the other friendly girl that used to walk there every morning was still working there.
In response to the Owner: I assure you I told her to give me a second a call came through my phone and I was the one that placed the order, not my child. So she was to wait for me to complete the order not my child. It's the back-and-forth that got me upset and when she continued when I asked her to stop. Thank you.

I visited on Sunday May 25 around 1:30pm, the girl who was working had a different level of attitude, don’t know how to speak with customers and making faces when i was telling her to make my sub that way. Don’t work if you don’t want to and don’t know how the owner hire such arrogant attitude third class people here.

i chose pickup option. So when I went over there the girl said that she gave my order to someone else without asking any order confirmation.i was rolling back from my work after long shift. I was hungry so i ordered. But it was so annoying situation she was created. She was so irresponsible and rude to me. Unprofessional staff.. theft staff..never go over there…………. The girl was not apologized..rather thn that is told me that I was wrong….zero customer service..I asked her to i wanna talk with your owner. But her behaviour was so irritating . Please teach your staff to how to deal with the customers.
Its ok if she mistakenly gave my order to someone else. But she is arguing with me that its not her fault.
Please take a strict action towards that girl.
