Some main issues Poor customer service. I asked specifically for vegetarian sandwich veggie delight yet she never changed her gloves from the previous meat sandwiches I pointed out and she changed but had already cut applied cheese. So moot point.
Secondly the tables at always dirty. Even when I am alone there. Usually go once per week and they are standing doing nothing ! I have to take a wet wipe and clean the table before I eat
If cleanliness is not being followed at simple levels I have decided not to return.

I visited this Subway location today, October 16, 2025, around 12:10 PM. As a vegetarian, I requested that the staff member change his gloves before preparing my sandwich, even though I noticed he had already changed them for a previous order. Unfortunately, he reacted very negatively. He raised his voice, seemed visibly angry, and handled my sandwich roughly after toasting it. As someone who has worked at Subway for 10 months in BC, I understand the importance of maintaining professionalism and courtesy with customers. I was disappointed by his behavior, as it felt rude and unprofessional. This was my first time visiting this location, and sadly, the experience left a negative impression. I hope management addresses this to ensure better customer service in the future.

The place was clean at counter area. I ordered a meatball sub no Parmesan cheese for the sub I asked for extra meat ball sauce which was put I’m on cold. Went to the men’s toilet absolutely disgusting this was at 9:00 in the morning the place would have only just opened no cleaning had been done.
