I had a bad experience with subway a few months ago at a different location, so today I felt like I was rolling the dice. But this is the best sub I’ve had from a subway in my entire life. Man working has glasses and a beard, I didn’t catch his name but please thank him for how great he is at his job. Thankyou. This location has restored my faith in subway!

I usually come to this Subway regularly since I work nearby, but my experience with Bhavarth Sagar, the employee with glasses, has consistently been terrible. Every time I encounter him, he’s always in such a rush that he doesn’t even listen to my order properly, and just starts preparing things on his own.

This time was the worst. When I tried to correct him, he became argumentative and insisted that I was wrong, even though I knew exactly what I had asked for. His attitude was completely unacceptable—rude, condescending, and downright unprofessional. I ended up walking out because of how unpleasant he made the entire experience.

In my opinion, someone with such a bad attitude has no place in a customer service role, especially in a setting where serving food requires attention to detail and respect for the customer. I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere unless this issue is addressed.

Sandwich Artist 'Het' was excellent! We ordered two veggie delight footlongs. Het worked extremely efficiently applying our toppings with the perfect balance of speed and care which was notable. Management/ownership need to know that Het is an asset and is doing an amazing job.

Bahvart a subway worker that works at this locations has 0 customers service skills, instead of resolving issues thinks it’s okay to argue with customers. Never coming back here, shame to the owner for hiring such incompetent employees.

They hired new employee who doesnt know how to make an order and top of that they don't accept their mistake and argue. We asked for a combo and two times we said one with a combo and one without. When we asked the lady for a cup for the drink, the guy who didnt even take the order came from inside and said you didnt pay for it and we didn't charge you. Yes they didnt charge us but the way the guy talked to us and arguing was as if we ate free food and they did us a favor. Never coming back to this location as there no sense of customer service in this location.
