Service was bad, asking for crispy onions on subs, they said it will be extra charge for that. For every stuff like cheese they just put little and asking for proper amount said it will be extra

Avoid this subway. They never change their gloves and clean the serving area. Yesterday, they were using the same gloves for meat and for vegetarian veggie patty because I am vegetarian, I asked the manager and he supported not changing gloves ever and started yelling at me that they opt to not change gloves because they don’t care if I am vegetarian.

Went here to get a sub and theSandwich maker tried to tell me I couldnt add what I wanted on my sub, saying you had to have it they way it says on the menu, I advised I didn't want it the way the menu sayS and he said I couldnt do that had to do build your own sub which didnt have the steak sub so we left as he said thats how subway works now .This is the first tine we were ever told that and we eat at subway all the tine

This location used to be my go to place but today had a weird experience.Staff was kinda rude and unprofessional. Customer service was awful.Never visiting them again!!Told them not satisfied with the amount of chicken on the sub as they didnt even put in an entire full scoop, they ripped off the chicken from the bread and tossed that piece of bread on the side and started over and same thing again!!I was also insisted on taking the sub as it comes on the menu board as if it cant be customised , lolIn my opinion subway is all about customisation.Well, that’s where customer service kicks in, some more reviews have the same complaints regarding quantity. And yes im well not aware about new subway menu since im not a staff there , thanks to the team tho for telling us about the changes .Also, wasn’t the first time in a subway , have seen the quantities being served that’s why there is a complaint/comparison. This location used to be a good one!! Anyway, thanks for the prompt response!

Avoid this location, they serve very low quantities and veggie toppings. It is not worth the price and you are better off driving to another subway.
