This location make excuse for veggie patty that they dont have and make excuse that u have to take order without pattie and we dont have option to cancel order Every time they just make excuses if we i ask for manager to talk there is no person who take responsible they just say you are responsible They just put blame on customers

We had a great experience at this Subway! The customer service was fantastic. Parneet and Jagdeep went above and beyond to make sure our food was fresh and exactly the way we wanted it. Everything tasted perfect and was prepared with care.
The only reason I am leaving four stars instead of five is because of the entrance. There is a large step right inside the door that is not clearly marked. I tripped on it, and it could easily cause issues for others. It would be great to see this updated with better labeling or ideally made wheelchair accessible.
The food and service deserve five stars without question.
